What a joke we ordered twice tonight first order was delivered to the wrong address and then we reorder to only get the wrong order. Then we call to sort it out only to be told come get it yourself….. Wow what a joke we will never order again. See less

We had to wait 20+ mins as they had no pearls and everyone else got their orders before us despite us ordering before them. The drink tasted off and completely different, I've gotten the drink several times before and it has never tasted like that. I told the girl with the glasses and she just told me its impossible and argued with me. She refused to remake the drink and was very impolite. She is very frustrating to deal with so we just walked out as she wasn't even trying to hear us out. Horrible customer service on her behalf. Like why would we make that up? See less

I go to Chatime regularly. There only a few things I would fix in store. 1. The floor. When I go into Chatime, I am always surrounded by leaves. 2.English. I would hire people that can make the teas but can also speak good english. 3. I would always watch how they make your drink just in case they get it wrong. Other than that, I would recommend Chatime when you need a bubble tea! See less

Ive been a pretty regular customer here for a while and absolutely love it, Staff are generally pretty great, always reasonably fast even during busy times. only thing i want to mention is that recently i feel my favorite 'Thai milk tea' hasnt been coming out the same as usual the last few times iv ordered (Enough to make me worried). Dont know if somethings changed with it or if its just this store / staff that are getting it wrong but it seems to be fine at other stores in the aria. See less

Gungahlin chatime tastes deeper and better.. However they're always understaffed so it takes ages to get my drink ready. Hopefully the owner will put reasonable number of people to serve, esp during peak hours See less

It was alright, the drinks are interesting and quite unlike anything else. The place had a toxic sweet smell which made it almost hard to breath, and didn't feel to healthy to be ingesting. It all felt a bit pretentious and was hard to order. Over all, the drinks were enjoyable but I wouldn't come back regularly See less

Great tea and great service. The staff members looked as if they were running around prepping drinks as if it were a bar. I thought that was pretty interesting and cool. I was greeted the second I walked in and I felt very comfortable in the store. See less
