I went into store and expected better customer service and procedures in place. Walking in, the team member was on her phone and did not appear attentive to current surroundings as online orders appeared to be called in and I was standing at front counter. I felt the need to say something to which she looked up and then acknowledged me. I also had concern regarding a group of customers walking in who did not have masks, as per current COVID19 restrictions. I was surprised this was not addressed with the customers to which the team members continued to serve them without advising them to wear their masks. I hope this feedback will be of value for future references. See less

I'm a very loyal customer of ChaTime st Albans. I generally order between 10 to 20 drinks every week for my family And today I had the worst Customer experience, So the employee didn't put the straws into the Uber eats bag so I could not enjoy my order of a total of 5 drinks $50 worth. (The whole point of ordering this drinks for my family is the straw that let's me taste the flavour of the pearls that I could not enjoy without) So I decided to contact the store and have a chat with the person in charge of my order and he couldn't give me solution no matter how much I was trying to cooperate. He was that much unable of giving me a solution that he hung up on me. so out of disappointment and frustration I threw all the drinks away and i will not be purchasing from ST ALBAN ChaTime anymore. Very poor customer service and very disappointing experience overall. See less

I have bought from Chatime in a few different areas and now St Albans is the only one I buy from. It also helps that they're close by. I've tried a bunch of different drinks from this store and each one has been really good. I now order from here at least once week. See less

Update 2 This store gain back my 5star rating, this time my review is based on experience compare to other ChaTime in the area. While my ChaTime Watergarden was a total disappointment and ChaTime Brimbank was nothing better compare to all my order from ChaTime St Albans. Your team deserve a recognition for delivering proper ChaTime standard, High quality drinks and great service. ********************************************** Been getting my bubble milk tea here and always amaze me. Lovely staff and fast service. Reasonable toppings to! Love this store. Update 1 I always order my usual flavour and play around with sugar and ice level. Im literally having my 3rd this week and I have to remove 1 star because of inconsistency. I always have less Ice but my previous I let it with no adjustments, this afternoon I went back to have 1/2 ice, not sure why but 1/2 of the cup was literally filled with ice. I hope the staff is not b*llsh!t!ng about the request. See less

Terrible tests. Wasting money. I ordered Macha latte today. Feels like water in green coloured. Never order this one. Staffs are not kind here. Staffs dont know what is Macha latte, need to be trained. No communication. Just taking order and serving the terrible macha latte . See less

Best milk tea in town. Highly recommend No 1 with extra black pearl . All their flavour are very consistent tasty. Service is fast and always get busy anytime of the day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sometime feel bad for their working hard :) very recommend 10/10 See less

St Albans was due for a face lift, gone of those days when you questioned walking the shops with your family. We needed shops with good vibes and a welcoming ambiance bringing back a lively & friendliness. Chatime could not come at a better time just another ingredient to make St Albans great again.
