I went into store and expected better customer service and procedures in place. Walking in, the team member was on her phone and did not appear attentive to current surroundings as online orders appeared to be called in and I was standing at front counter. I felt the need to say something to which she looked up and then acknowledged me.
I also had concern regarding a group of customers walking in who did not have masks, as per current COVID19 restrictions. I was surprised this was not addressed with the customers to which the team members continued to serve them without advising them to wear their masks.
