I used to come here every day because I always enjoyed the deals near 5 pm. The staff is quick and sometimes already knew what I wanted. They were really friendly to me so I never had any problems. See less

The male staff member aged in his late 20's - 30's was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered one sushi for my daughter politely and asked for it to be cut in half. When I repeated myself because the male didn't hear/understand he rolled his eyes and made a scene throwing his things aggressively across the store about a metre. This behaviour could not have been mistaken for anything else. Apalling service and behaviour in front of my 1 and 5 year old children. Thanks for putting me in the situation of having to explain why the staff at this restaurant lost their s##t for no good reason. See less

Can't complain about the sushi, however the customer service here has not been good in my experience. If you don't mind a slightly higher price for some sushi, skip this place and head to Sushi Train which is in the same complex. See less

I visit the supermarket at Stepney often and occasionally buy sushi at Cherry Blossom. The staff are all rude, unwelcoming and surly. Today I was ignored by the staff person for a considerable period of time even though the she knew I was there. It was the last time I will go there. Fortunately there is a Chelicious Tumbler recently opened where the customer service is excellent. If I owned this business I would get rid of the staff or train them properly.
