The thali was great and the taste was awesome. However, chowmein was not what I expected, it was over boiled. See less

I ordered Steam momo, thuppa and sekuwa. Stuffing of momo is not fresh I can say with it’s smell. Thuppa wasn’t traditional one , it’s just basic one. Ordered drinks @starting but didn’t get till the end. Have to ask for it at last. It will be great it if you can have fresh and authentic Nepalese food. Two star is just because of MoMo and Thuppa. The taste of food is awesome here. Probably the best momo in Canberra. I live far away from the place but still prefer to visit this place because of how good the food is. Service is great. We usually get served quickly but ofcourse it depends on how busy the place is. Place is quite small, but hey can't complain on that. Id definitely recommend to others. See less

Got takeaway on Saturday night, had some that night and the leftovers a couple of nights later. Absolutely delicious, maybe the best Vindaloo I've had, heat but with flavour, and the creamy Lamb Saag was beautiful along with the Himalayan chicken and Chomolungma Tarkari. I'll be back next time I'm in Canberra See less

Never go back there again. Food was not actually nepali taste and service terrible. Though the young lady who served us, her behaviour and service was good and polite but the lady owner she was really rude. After having our food i asked her to place one more order for takeaway but her reaction was like she's gonna smash me on my face. She said why didnt you order this takeaway earlier with your food. She was saying, for this single plate choumin we have to cook again. I was like what ???? Is that a way you talk to the cuatomer ?? Or as i am Nepali that's why you were showing me that behaviour?? I don't recommend anyone to this place. See less

Customer service : Don't have anything against the staff working there. She was polite and tried her best to provide good service, but the owners have a terrible attitude. Please don't expect a great reception. The place is small and if you are a Nepali, you feel like you don't belong there, in a "Nepalese restaurant". Food: Not terrible, maybe it was because I was starving, but nothing was authentic about it. All flavours tweaked to suit Aussie palates. Couldn't try momos cuz they were sold out. I would give 3 stars to khaja set and sekuwa. Chau chau was.... well... like a chau chau anyone can fry at home. Will I go back? Ummmm.... not really. See less

Ordered some momo and pakauda as starter, was served most awful momo I ever had in my life. Those were so unbearable that couldn’t stay more for main course and have to leave. Customer service was worst, the lady asked us to sit down with out even coming out from the kitchen, she wouldn’t smile whole time. Also, they are really expensive leading us to one of the horrendous experience. See less

My husband and I both enjoyed our meals here. There is so much variety, the food is fresh and really tasty, reasonably priced, very authentic Nepalese food. If you want something out of the ordinary, try Chomolungma, I’m glad we did! See less

Chomolungma means Mt Everest. Loved this place. Authentic Nepali food. Khaja set is best. Momo is no doubt awesome but sekuwa set is not authentic. It is meant to be cook in wood-fire. Staff is so friendly, Place is so clean. Highly recommended. See less

We went there as a Group of 5 for nepalese cuisine taste in Canberra for the first time and we got to experience real nepalese cuisine taste .We ordered Nepalese thali set ,chow-min and Soup -noodle,2 sets of lamb Thupka .Although it took too long for 2 food to arrive we appreciate as there was only one staff handling all customers.we loved the food .Definitely recommend as the restaurant itself is in peace and would be great for someone looking for peaceful entertainment while eating with background music. Guess how much I paid for these two pieces of chicken and two eggs? $ 24!!! only two pieces of meat in a main dish. Can you believe it? I didn’t know Nepali cuisine is this expensive. The taste is good. but the price is kidding me. See less

Excellent dining experience for what it is. Not fine dining but nice casual Nepalese dining experience. Visited on a Tuesday night with a group of colleagues. Ordered banquet 2, and I must say, all dishes that came out were delicious. For the amount of food that came out, I would consider the pricing reasonable. Service was pleasant. Staff were nice and friendly. Would recommend. See less

The momos are delicious. Get them. We also ordered the Himalayan curry with lamb. The meat was very tender and the sauce was spicy and sweet. Great dish. The staff were very prompt and friendly. Meals came quickly. The decor is simple, but this just forces your attention onto the food. It's definitely worth a visit. See less
