I am a regular customer of this restaurant few days ago I went to pick the Uber order and the order was not ready I just asked politely to the girl behind the counter she replied very rudely to me. I believe being as a staff you should be fair with both delivery driver and to the customer. See less

Always pleasant staff. Not very attentive but friendly. Food is pretty good. All the time ordering Chong Co for take, it’s never been been an issue. I only have to give 3 stars due to not splitting bills. How can a restaurant still not split bills! What an inconvenience to your customers!For this reason I will no longer book a table of multiple parties. Rather just book somewhere else that spilt bills. Please start splitting bills! See less

This restaurant was delightful cosy. The staff attentive as well as including fast service. The atmosphere was a tad noisy (two Christmas parties) however normal times of year it would be perfectly pleasant to sit in. The location is a little out of the way from the town centre however it means it's a bit of a hidden gem. The food was delicious Tom Kha Gai was spot on. I did wish it came in a bigger serving but the pricing is perfectly balanced. The only criticism I have to say is it needed more vegetarian options. Overall I recommend this place and will definitely visit again. See less

Generally most dishes are pretty authentic and tasty. I like the food and will go back but here’s a bit of advice…… especially in your takeaway dishes off the main menu, you must consider adding more of the type of meat indicated in the dish advertised in your menu.. i.e. chicken, duck seafood etc. today I ordered a chilli and basil duck dish with a couple of other dishes and I had a whole heap of veg and hardly any duck to be found!!! Modern restaurant. Busy mid week and on weekends which is a sure sign of quality. Friendly wait staff who are very accommodating and welcoming. Usually only two wait staff to attend to the whole restaurant which means they're run off their feet. Food is delicious and is served swiftly. Try the beef massaman and you won't be disappointed! Patrons may BYO bottled wine and the corkage is $3pp which is very reasonable. No split bills. Bookings taken by phone or via online system which is convenient. See less

Sadly Chong & Co used to be a top Asian restaurant/takeaway joint eaten frequently by our family. Our recent meal had way too many very large, chunky onions and vegetables ( capsicum) and less protein. Our entree was very sweet and disappointing. Expanding the chain has made it seem like a good food court, cheap eat. I will be finding in the future a local joint that puts the effort and care into their food and delivers an authentic Asian meal. Sorry Chong and Co See less

The restaurant was very accommodating; for our changed booking. The Thai banquet we chose had a great variety of dishes. The staff were happy, friendly and attentive, they even took group photos of us all. The service was a little slow at the start but once the food came out, the wait times were very reasonable. The decor at the restaurant is fantastic with great lighting, hanging plants and Thai art features are impressive. Great restaurant for groups. The washrooms were outside of the restaurant in the hotel next door but they were clean and easily accessible. See less
