The BEST focaccia's you will EVER have, they are perfectly proportioned, so fresh and just delicious. My favorite sandwich cafe in Canberra. And the pastries 🤤 my god. They are incredible. Will definitely be coming back to load up for the next work morning tea. Chris and his son are so lovely too, kind, generous and friendly. See less

I purchased a large cheesecake at Christmas time. Everyone at the party loved it. Best cheesecake we've ever tasted. Love their coffee and the huge lunch rolls are to die for. Lots of delicious, filling ! Great for healthy lunch. 🤗 See less

I love this place, it is family owned, and my favourite delicious coffee/food/patisserie place in canberra. If you want flavour in your food this is the place, turning classic breakfast/lunch meals into mouth and eye watering sensations. Its also a pleasure to have something as high quality as Silo, Flute and Sonoma in the heart of weston, definately worth a visit. I have had my favourite, the large size fruit flan, and it is the best I have ever had! There are plenty of high quality and delicious options for any event. Only downside is the outlook, but in weston there is not a whole lot to look at anyway. See less

Small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly and warm hospitality. Water is avaible on a side table. Specialty are the cakes and pastries. A wide selection is available even during the quieter summer holiday periods. There is a good breakfast/lunch menu as well as a pizza menu for Friday and Saturday evenings. Drop in for coffee and cake. See less

As a banana bread enthusiast. This place has the best banana bread. Thick cut, perfectly moist, toasted with graceful grilled lines that cross the banana bread, topped with a decadent layer of butter. Delicious. See less

Had 3 takeaway coffees and a bunch of pastries over 3 days. Everything was well-made and the staff are lovely - even remembered my name after the first visit. Almond croissants had an amazing vanilla custard explosion. Florentines were unconventional but delicious. See less

It is ashame to see such horrible customers that were served with the upmost respect reporting a review on google on a business that gave them an exceptional standard in service. I was in the store when the below customer that placed this horrible review (kaustubh bambawale), the server at the counter explained to him and his wife AND myself AND previous customers that they are serving all food and drink in takeaway form. How could someone like this claim to have not been told this and having a sign right in front of them at the till stating that this is how they are serving. I can’t speak for what they received in terms of food since I didn’t have their food but how dare they right such horrible comments on their service. These guys are a great family run business and have always provided my family and the western creek community with high standard service and quality food and coffee and how busy they are only shows us all how consistent they are! Travel all the way down to Weston from North side each weekend for my weekly dose of Chris's coffee and breakfast. A literal hidden gem in Canberra withholding the finest pastries, slices, coffee; the list goes on. And the service is phenomenal always welcoming and great friendly atmosphere. Only the best!
