Ordered from here once, at the customer service from the female and all females on staff I was disgusted. I ordered one kebab with chips and a drink, about 7 people and counting came after me and ordered similar food or even more. And were served before me, I noticed the looks I was given from the lady who served me before the other customers came too. She rolled her eyes, mind you I was pregnant and so hungry! Came out after serving 5 people with a cold kebab threw it down onto the ledge. And walked off. Forgot about my chips so I had to wait even longer. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Kebab wasnt even that nice. Dont buy from here! Far more places that will serve u with a smile n some love. Ohhh AND GOOD FOOD See less

We keep coming back because of the value for money and quality. Often we work our movie dates around a meal at Chubs which can be awkward on a late Sunday pm as they sometimes run out and close early. See less

I brought lamb kebab from sunshine and melton it made me sick at both places and it happened more than one time to im guessing their selling old meat or something i wouldn't recommend eating from those places ever. See less

The best place to get some Halal Snack Pack (HSP) in the Sunshine Mall. Though they are famous for Kebabs, I recommend you to try their HSP as it is aptly priced and comes in a huge serving size. I have tried their HSP and drink combo which we loved. We tried both Large and Small HSP and the quantity was unquestionably grand that we had to pack it up for snacking later. See less

Halal snack pack experience. Starting with the customer service. The young girl who served us to begin with didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Half way through our order being made it was either taken over by the manager/franchise owner. You could tell by how organised she was and had quite a good level of customer service even when dealing with the difficult customer who ordered after us who seemed as though she just wanted attention. The snack pack The meat was cooked and marinated well. There was a decent serving of meat but not over the top with a thin layer of cheese. The manager/franchise owner even checked if we wanted extra chilly sauce so it was to our liking. The only down side to the meal itself was the chips where not crunchy but soggy and not drained properly as left quite a bit of oil in the bottom of the tray. See less
