Down in Canberra for a quick weekend . Tried this for a lazy Saturday morning breakie and we were very happy with our meals. Very nice and service was was very quick and courteous. Just annoyed with idiots walking in who don't know how to shut a dammed door behind them though, as the weather outside was rainy and cold. They need a automatic door closer....... See less

Very rude service. Ordered & paid for a Black Forrest cake. Waited around for 20 minute, until a guy eventually came out and says "oh sorry, we don't have a Black Forrest cake, but you can have a Ciao Cake instead". That's fine, it might have been a busy morning, no problems. Waited around some more while he packs it up. Hands it to me and says "that'll be $7 extra". Blamed me for not pre-ordering, and accused me of swearing at him (I definitely didn't) when I said I'd just pay the $7 extra because I'm running late anyway. See less

I had a baby shower yesterday and requested for a cake to be made 4 days prior to the event (unintentionally, last minute). Not only did they achieve making my cake in such a short amount of time but they made my baby shower cake to the exact specifications that I had requested. The cake was beautiful, delicious and absolutely perfect. I cannot praise this bakery enough! To be able to pull off such an amazing cake in such a short amount of time, I am beyond grateful and pleasantly surprised. The staff were phenomenal and super helpful! I will definitely be purchasing all my event cakes here in future and continue to recommend this spectacular bakery to all of my friends and family. Desperately wanted to give 5 stars. Very nice atmosphere. Not too loud although full of kids at 10 am. Great food and mouthwatering displays. Would love to come again to give another chance. Unfortunately you forgot about pancakes for the kid. I wouldn't even minded if it was my food. I had to remind you. Pancakes arrived 15 minutes later. Explanation was given only after I've asked for one. Apparently your kitchen "forgot about pancakes". No apologies offered. No questions like "do you still need them" were asked before making 5 people who already finished eating wait for pancakes for kid to be cooked from scratch. We were late to another place. Not good. They advertise cafe and cakes and boy are there cakes! Made locally their choice is vast. They also serve food and my friends and I had a good breakfast while lusting after the cakes! Unassuming but worth a visit! See less

This Café is just opposite Officeworks away from the busy street behind, nice and cosy. I had a Veggie breakfast and it was delicious! The caramel latte with my Oreo cheese cake was delish Recommend! See less

Lovely little cafe with polite staff and nice coffee. Plenty of open air and space inside. I only had takeaway coffee so can't comment on the food but the menu is café style food and the prices looked reasonable. See less

I ordered a custom ironman cake and requested them to put a real light in front of it as Iron Man's heart. When the cake is out, my little dude is very happy and excited to see his favourite character turned into a cake. Ciao team took every care in delivering this cake with a great taste packed inside.
