Average at best, cold brew and a latte took 10 minutes to arrive and we were the only customers there. Ordered a chilli scramble (no bacon) and it came with bacon, food also took a good 25 minutes. Wont be back See less

We booked Clubhouse Malvern for a bridal brunch and everyone at the brunch had a great time, loved the food and spoke highly of the girls who served us. Thank you Nat and Clubhouse Malvern staff for being incredibly kind and thoughtful to all of us . Everyone felt safe amidst the craziness of COVID-19. Nice spot and staff were ok, but the food? Never seen things so overpriced! There was a surcharge for having coffee in the cafe rather than takeaway, and the OJ was over $7 for highly concentrated $2 bottled stuff from the supermarket. Will not be returning. See less

An expensive, impersonal experience. Forced to use the phone-based order/pay system, with prices which comfortably exceed nearby competitors. Our fruit toast arrived well after we received our coffees. The payment site suggested we add a tip of 15%; with human interaction reduced to a minimum, who exactly would we be tipping? See less

Surprisingly busy for a quiet area. Waitstaff somewhat distracted/inexperienced. We had to ask for cutlery twice, were asked what we wanted to order without being given a menu to study; one order didn't arrive until we reminded the wait-person it existed. What can I say? See less

We arrived at amateur hour this morning- firstly the order app did not work, the wrong milk in the coffee and the coups de grace, despite actually getting a waitress to serve us (app not working) she forgot to order one of the meals so my son missed breakfast. Could a no frills iced coffee with Almond milk be worth $9? Apparently. The scrambled eggs with chilli were lovely but the whole ordering experience spoilt it. Forced to use a phone to read a menu, and with those prices you don’t want to sit with your phone and order like it’s pizza from home, unticking ingredients. Check box pricing is not customer friendly when you can’t swap out items:- you can have items removed for free but pay extra for an alternative. I didn’t add smoked salmon because it would’ve cost $28. So I skipped that and paid for invisible bacon that I didn’t want. Not sure if it was the pricing that left a bad taste in the mouth or the greasy peanut butter on the oily toasted granola. Light and airy atmosphere though. See less

Needing to order on your phone. I might as well have been on Insta rather then with friends. Service was inexperienced and inattentive. Genuinely disappointed with the visit and won't return. Sorry guys not worth the obligation of a tip for zero service and attitude. See less

Food is good and the indoor / outdoor area is good for private functions. Service was good today and our waitress was lovely and accommodating. Some dishes have very pretty presentation. Prices reasonable, but a 10% surcharge on both Saturday and Sunday. See less

Fantastic coffee as usual, and the lamb roll was unexpectedly delicious, and super juicy too. Although QR code ordering was a major headache and service wasn't exactly attentive at times. I would recommend this place, only if you're nearby. See less

We dropped by on new years day to have a nice brunch after our crushing hangovers. Service was great and the venue was bright, clean and cheerful. Unfortunately the food and coffee and not amazing though. The coffee they used(Inglewood) or perhaps the barista, I don't want to place blame, was very bland and milky and none of the blends flavour notes came through. The food similarly was presented nicely but was fairly average. The Mojo Bennie was oversalted and unbalanced. The chilli scrambled eggs were better but slightly overcooked and dominated by the bacon flavour rather than the chilli. 3/5 See less
