Such a welcoming cafe, with staff bringing over extra chairs and offering to get babychinos started for the kids before we even sat down. Fantastic customer service, delicious coffee, and the kids each received a complimentary babychino with both a marshmallow and a chocolate freckle. Will definitely be coming back! See less

Convenient little place in West Belconnen with tasty food and ok coffee. A little pricey but I went because I'm keen to support local business. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 egg and bacon rolls. Got the coffees in a few quick minutes but waited for about 15 minutes for the food. I would have liked to have my coffee (hot) with my breakfast (hot). Person who ordered after me got their order before me, which I thought was a bit off. I'll definitely be back, but really hope this issue is fixed. See less

Pros: 1. Good place to grab quick coffee. Coffee is not bad. I would give 4 star for coffee. 2. Near to woolies & BWS so one can grab coffee while shopping. 3. Clean place & Good customer service. 4. Nice place to eat in. Nice seating place outside. Cons: 1. Closed on Sundays & public holidays. 2. Hot foods are not best including Big brekky. They can improve it by redesigning some of the menu. Overall: I recommend to go & grab quick coffee, drinks & pastries. Cheers ! See less

The coffee and food are obviously delicious, but it's the service that keeps me coming back. Nathan and his friendly staff seem to have a superhuman ability to remember their customers, not just their names and preferred coffees, but also the details they've shared about their lives. Popping in for a latte and a chat is a great way to start the day. If I died, I suspect they'd be the first to report me missing. (The freshly baked muffins, a different flavour every day, are also extraordinary.) See less

Nice coffee. You can get some cake, muffins and a limited range of meal options. Outdoor seating is good but needs some maintenance. The staff are friendly and adaptable. See less

Tucked away at Charnwood shops, this cosy and welcoming cafe greets you with a smile and the delicious aroma of coffee as you walk through the door. Although small in size, they have cleverly created numerous and spacious seating inside and out. It has been beautifully decorated and the painted murals on the wall are eye catching. There is a slightly larger seating area tucked away at the back where kids can have plenty of room to enjoy a treat with the grown ups. The coffee here is wonderful and I've had no complaints. It is made professionally with a touch of love by the kind baristas and as you wait you can drool over the desserts and figure out how many you could eat before raising eyebrows. A special mention to barista Daniel who has always made our visits happy and goes above and beyond for the customers. He is very welcoming and helpful as is all the staff here. Nicole is very approachable and caring of your experience here so if you have a question or have had a problem, it's better to approach her first and discuss your thoughts than come on here or their Facebook page and write negative things. They are always willing to improve peoples experiences here and are open to feedback which is a much more positive and constructive outcome for everyone 💖☕ See less
