Came here for breakfast, and had nothing but rude staff who rolled their eyes at me m, (When after plus 10 minutes of waiting for my coffee, I dared ask if it was coming anytime soon). My mother ordered a ristretto latte to which another staff member came over and started telling her off that she had no idea what her coffee was and thats not how its made. To which we said no we always order this and this female staff member said, oh the till girl must have entered it wrong and took over ordering the coffee, Loudly and rudely so that other customers were looking at us at the counter now. After we sat down, food items were missing from our meals and we were told we didn't order it, even though our receipt showed we did. We asked several times to speak to the manager Nicole and were told she was to busy to speak with us. Very poor service from the front of house staff. See less
