Quality of the clothing is terrible.. I brought 3 suits and 2 pairs of shoes from there a month ago 1 of the shoes the sole is coming off, one of the jacket pockets have split open on one of the suits and on one of the others the hems have fallen out and the pants feel like the thread is falling apart... the service was really good though the staff were helpful so i doubled my rating but when your spending hundreds of dollars on clothing you expect quality See less

Lies would not help you grow your business. I bought couple of suits from Tuggeranong store after spending a lot of time trying slim and skinny versions. The skinny 38 jacket felt a bit tight but looked decent. So I took it. At home, I tried it with my business shirt and shoes. One suit (royal blue) fit nicely but the navy one hand felt off. So I decided to return it. The sales person said I was given a wrong fit when I said it won't fit. Even though I told him I tried all the options. The slims were too loose. Then he insisted on saying he can't refund me until he sees the actual receipt. When I said it is linked with my phone number in the system, he refused to accept that. Then I asked if a photo of the receipt will do, he said no. I was quite surprised at the length he was trying to reject my return. So I demanded to speak with his manager he mentioned it is a franchisee. I asked him if he is the owner, and he said he can put me in touch with area manager and he tried to call a number from which no response was provided. Then he suddenly decided to refund me. Not a first time I have had bad experience here and hence I tried to buy a few things from a different store. I just gave this one a chance since a lot of time passed since my last experiences and hoped it will be better now. But no, so sorry if I completely stop using Connor for these bad experiences but prefer other stores offering better quality and experience. See less
