I love Indian food & have eaten at many Indian restaurants all around Victoria & I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant. Best Vegetable Samosa, Garlic Naan & Curries we’ve had in many years. We especially loved the Chicken Tikka Butter Masala. Very friendly, professional, polite, attentive staff. Very good prices for such high quality food. The atmosphere isn’t Fine Dining but is great for a romantic dinner for 2 or a fun family celebration. Great job! We’ll definitely be back! See less

The food at this place is amazing. Tried chilli chicken, lamb roganjosh and chicken tarkha on a sunday night and I must say it was all cooked to perfection. The taste and aroma was awsome. The staff was very welcoming and polite. If you at the island, this place is a must try. I wish i could give them more stars. See less

My husband and i dinned in last night. We ordered a selection of starters 2 curry dishes garlic naan breads and 2 rice dishes. Each dish was freshly cooked and piping hot. The flavours to each dish was amazing.plenty of food in each dish. What i really liked was being left alone to enjoy the food! Great food with quick service. Ample parking around. Most of dishes we ordered were great in taste (Butter chicken - as sweet as kids like it, Kofta and Punjabi Daal..... the mix veg was a disappointment... felt it was stale. But overall... good variety in menu and good service. See less

Been here many times and food is consistently beautiful. At times the service has been slow however is certainly worth it, as the food is top notch. The staff are super nice and make me want to come back. Disregard some of the negative reviews regarding food quality as the butter chicken is unreal. See less

I am very disappointed to have ordered a take away from this restaurant after a long day travel at the Philip island. It would be really great if the version of biryani could be any better than what was provided. We ordered for chicken biryani which had coriander seeds and the taste of sambhar powder in it. Spicy to the core. Had to mix it with buttermilk to fulfil the hunger. Please do not give the people a wrong idea of what an Indian food is. I appreciate the people for taking an order for a take away quite quick but also would appreciate if they recommend the best items they could provide at their restaurant. Would definitely not recommend this place for an authentic Indian food. See less

Pretty lame. Takeaway only on a Saturday night because 'slammed' with 12 people in the restaurant after eight pm (c50 places empty). 30mins wait for takeaway, only told the wait after giving order. Advised best time to eat dinner there for a table is 17:30. Terrible uncomfortable sofa to wait on. Food is from the Phillip Island region of India. Tip pot pushed at you as takeaway given. Food distinctly ordinary from that sampled. See less

It's nice that it's open late night. We received our order fairly quickly. The lighting needs serious adjustment. It felt a bit dark and place give a feeling that its rundown. The food was average and pricy. The naan had burnt feeling all the way till we finished it. The curry was not that thick and onion salad was nothing but cut onions for 7$ ( no salt, no lemon)? The reception lady felt like she didn't want to be there. See less

Reasonable offering. Menu is well priced with friendly service. BYO wine - very reasonable corkage charge. Make sure you speak up if you want a bit of heat. Plenty of gluten free options. Expect to wait when it's busy. See less
