Yesterday the 15/04/2022 time 10.47pm, the business had one worker with black beard whose name i did no know . I entered the store to pick an order for customer Mathew . As a normal procedure I approached this worker and said that I am here to pick an order for this customer, showed him on the UBER mobile app. He show it and went to do his job . The worker was talking with ear phones on . After standing there and waiting for 30 minutes . I asked the worker ,is this order taking long ? The woker got angry and sweared at me " fack you .if you dont want to wait cancel the order . He went on to say you were there standing and again asking me . I worn him not to swear at me . He was an arrogant worker who will let this business down. Absolutely no information no custoner care nor care for customers ordering food in this outlet . I worned him not to swear at me, asked him what he expext me to do when he claimed that I was standing there ,what does he want me to do. This worker or business worner is a disgust to all customers with such kind of attitude. I am sure other Uber delivery drivers will have same experience like what I had in this outlet . I was angry at his attitude and contained my emotions at the time thought that this worker or if he is the busines worner has personal issue given he was taking non storable with ear phone. I cancelled the order massaged Mathew the customer that I am sorry i got to cancel his order pick up because of the worker who swore at me . This business must improve his customer service and to get rid of such people with bad attributes else custoners need to consider ordering food in other outlets. See less

Brilliant service. Unfortunately ,the smell of vinegar on my Spanish pizza tarnished all the food. The pineapple I ordered as extras on both pizzas was not there so I had to add my own at home. Defeats the purpose of ordering dinner. See less

Got to the store and there were 5 young guys (all looked under 18) at the front and weren't wearing masks. We were ignored at the start by all of them. The one serving at the counter seemed very new and was trying to solve an issue, so that's fine, can't say the same for the other ones just standing there. We had already ordered online, and the wait wasn't too bad. For the food, it sarted out good. My partner ordered 1/2 Italiano and 1/2 Butter Chicken and devil wings. I ordered 1/2 Lamb & 1/2 Margherita. Apparently the wings were ok. The thin crust on the pizza was thin and not soggy, toppings were decent.... but then I got food poisoning and spent the night very sick. Won't be going back. See less

The ordering on the phone was good. The man listed to what I wanted and repeated to make sure it was right. The delivery was 15 minutes under the quoted time which was nice and the delivery person was nice and respectful. The pizza appearance was delightful and the taste was delicious and it was cooked perfectly and I received exactly what I ordered. Well done. See less

I called the store prior to placing an order online to enquire as on the website you can’t add pineapple as a topping, and can’t specify that you would like a thin base on a half/half pizza. The man I spoke to said this was an error with the website, and to add the requests to the notes section of the order, so I did. Pizza has just arrived and is on a regular base, not a thin base, and is without pineapple, so the notes were ignored. Unimpressed. See less

Unfortunately not a very good experience. The pasta carbonara had no flavour, the sauce was not nice. The meat feast pizza had very little toppings and also had no flavour. The garlic pizza was nice. We have tried many different pizza places in Cranbourne and still can't find one. It looks like we are heading back to Frankston, as the prices are better and the ingredients are fresher. So disappointed. See less

I’ve been to a lot of different pizza places around the Cranbourne area, this place is by far the best. Yes they’ve just opened up but their pizza game is on point. Not soggy like most, toppings not stuck to the box like most and to top it off the staff (and training staff) are so polite and they take their time to make everything perfect.
