Yesterday the 15/04/2022 time 10.47pm, the business had one worker with black beard whose name i did no know . I entered the store to pick an order for customer Mathew . As a normal procedure I approached this worker and said that I am here to pick an order for this customer, showed him on the UBER mobile app. He show it and went to do his job . The worker was talking with ear phones on . After standing there and waiting for 30 minutes . I asked the worker ,is this order taking long ? The woker got angry and sweared at me " fack you .if you dont want to wait cancel the order . He went on to say you were there standing and again asking me . I worn him not to swear at me . He was an arrogant worker who will let this business down.
Absolutely no information no custoner care nor care for customers ordering food in this outlet .
I worned him not to swear at me, asked him what he expext me to do when he claimed that I was standing there ,what does he want me to do. This worker or business worner is a disgust to all customers with such kind of attitude. I am sure other Uber delivery drivers will have same experience like what I had in this outlet .
I was angry at his attitude and contained my emotions at the time thought that this worker or if he is the busines worner has personal issue given he was taking non storable with ear phone. I cancelled the order massaged Mathew the customer that I am sorry i got to cancel his order pick up because of the worker who swore at me .
This business must improve his customer service and to get rid of such people with bad attributes else custoners need to consider ordering food in other outlets. See less
