Fantastic view but poor service and food. My friend celebrated her birthday yesterday. I asked bartender any special offer for birthday she said nothing. Thats fine but I asked lighter for candle she said I don’t have and asked me to find a lighter from the customer who sitting next to us. What an amazing service is it. We ordered 2 bottles of wine. Finally our bottles of wine came to us waitress just put on table with 8 glasses thats all no service. We serviced ourselves. We ordered medium steaks that wasn’t medium more than well done but salad was amazing. See less

We loved coming to this bar on our Sydney getaway. We went pretty much every day. Beautiful view of the water & the Opera house especially at night. Great atmosphere, not rowdy & good live music on fridays & sat evenings. Very cosy sitting outside. Will miss this place! See less

Quite disappointed with the service and food. When the waitress bought our drinks she did not say a word, Not hello, here is you drinks, she said nothing. Yet you placed two drinks down on the table looked in the third one and took it away. I could only assume some strange object was in it. I hope she report it and not pulled whatever floating object was there out of the drink. As for the rest of the food the chips were not cooked right through, with all the technology we have these days cooking chips should be like boiling water. The wings I had would go down some of the worst I've ever eaten and the burger was terrible. My wife thought the salt and pepper squid was nice. With the location of this restaurant and high unemployment in the hospitality industry There must be some awesome stuff out there that could help make this restaurant one of the best in Sydney See less

I got invited here for pre-Christmas celebration drinks by a friend who had won a voucher. When we arrived we were the only ones in the venue upstairs, and a huge cruise ship was blocking our views of Circular Quay. However not long after we'd ordered the ship moved out, it was almost surreal watching the incredible views unfold before our eyes - certainly a sight to behold! The wine list was great and the bar snacks sounded fabulous, especially as some of our party were vegetarian. The atmosphere here was pumping downstairs but more refined luxury upstairs where we were. So something to suit all. The venue hosts a myriad of themed events throughout the year and they host arguably one of Sydney's best NYE parties (with uninterrupted views like this of the Opera House!). Great for after work drinks, functions, events, and parties. Possibly not a great location if you're wanting a quiet solo drink though. See less
