9/5 takeaway order. This is unacceptable!!!! Ordered a McSpicy asked for no McChicken sauce, then gave me a burger with sauce but no spicy thigh patty!!?? Bad customer service with store manager on 22/01/2021 about 22:34 The store manager was extremely unprofessional in dealing with order issue and he did not respect me as the store customer!!! No any apologies and always with a bad face!!! You guys really need a new manager to swap this guy. Update: after complaint on McDonald website, the area supervisor called me to apologize and gave me compensation. I have to say that McDonald's is a very good company. They value customer feelings, but only a small number of employees are destroying the image created by the company. See less

Came here for the Star Buffet with a dozen coworkers and two of their kids. Was quite enjoyable, lots of food and good value, $30 for food and you can go back to the serving bars as much as you like, lovely wide range of food. Meats, salads, pizzas, pastas, Chinese, Indian, a sushi train and more plus desserts and fairy floss. For an extra $4.50 you get a cup and straw for soft drink that you can fill up as many times as you like. My only disappointment was that they had coke zero, not diet coke which I personally prefer, but ah well. See less

Very cranky middle-aged woman works here. She had a go at one of the staff in front of me - simply for doing what I had asked her to do because of an intolerance I have to some ingredients. (I asked her to change gloves and follow my sandwich all the way through so everyone didn't have to change gloves in the production line.)Average sandwich in the end, won't go back. See less

First of all I’m vegan and I’m allergic to dairy. Bought vegan peri peri Jackfruit from crust in Braddon for the first time and I loved it. I went for the second time but they made a mistake and add dairy or weren’t careful enough I almost ended up in the hospital thank god I had epipen. I bought same pizza at Kingston pizza but it was the worst. It looked and taste different. I order the same pizza here at Belconnen crust and it was mouth watering, absolutely loved it. But unfortunately last week I found out that the menu has been changed and they can’t make vegan peri peri jackfruit anymore ☹️☹️☹️ But overall Amazing staff and outstanding customer service. Totally recommend. (4 stars only because of menu changed) unlike Braddon and Kingston. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 See less

My problem was with the rather rude service we received. We went to order towards closing time which we didn't know at the time. As we sat down, one of the workers approached and told us they were closing up so we went to sit at the back seats which we didn't know were the stores. Again the same individual approached us with a more aggressive tone telling us to leave. As we were explaining we hadn't know the seats were theirs, he says to me "I'm hearing you mumble some things under your breath" which I didn't and personally took that as a threat. We left with no altercation but it left a rather disappointing taste in my mouth after that. You don't be expected to be threatened as you were just going for a pizza. This is the last time I'm ever visiting crust until you teach your staff how not to issue threats to customers See less

We actually love the pizza here and order it all the time, however, our last order the pizza we ordered took a long time and the order was incorrect. Generally we do recommend crust, but it would be good if more attention to detail is taken so that loyal customers are not affected. See less

I normally don't like pizza. After ordering on Friday night (my son wanted pizza) I have changed my mind. Crust pizza was amazing. I will be ordering again. Worth every dollar. Belconnen delivery, didn't have to wait long. See less
