DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE I placed an order at 6pm on Friday night, I was told an hour wait... 3.5 hours later no pizza We tried calling Crust Pizza after 90 minutes and was told the Pizza is about to leave the shops. after 2.5 hours I tried calling again and no one would pick the phone up, I made 55 calls and finally someone picked up the phone call and I was told pizza should be at my house shortly. after calling another 30 times at 3-hour mark, finally someone picked up the phone and I was told the pizza was delivered and when I questioned where is it. I was then told they tried to deliver the pizza, but no one open the door and they tried calling but no one answered. At the end I was told they will deliver the pizza before closing time; however, we never got the pizza which we paid for. Absolutely disgusting, unacceptable if you can't provide the service than do not operate. Don't take order. See less

Very disappointed. I am regular customer for peri peri chkn pizza. Ordered pizza for delivery, pizza was very dry with less toppings and very less sauce. Rating dropped from 5 ⭐️ to 1 ⭐️ . See less

Ordered from Crust Gungahlin tonight. It took the full 45mins to arrive and the pizza and wings were cold. Not sure how long it was sitting around before delivery but as the pizza and wings were chicken I hesitated to eat them without reheating for food safety reasons! I noticed when it was delivered the driver did not have it in a bag (one of those ones that keeps food warm). Maybe he did in the car but food was cold and hard 🤷‍♀️ For the price you pay I will not be recommending or ordering again. See less

Ordered two pizzas and two chips. The ingredients on the pizzas weren't fresh so biting into them was like biting into a piece of cardboard. The chips.... On the website you get the option of about four different types of salt to choose from. Two selections were made but neither box of chips had any salt. Topping it off was the fact that they were barely cooked so they were very white and softer than tissues. An all round waste of money. Should have gone to domino's because at least they never stuff up so badly. See less

Last night I order 2 pizzas their presentation and the taste was awful!! Meet inside the pizza was very stinky and very gross. It looks like they have cooked the meat awhile ago or maybe was not kept in the right temperature. I would highly recommend to check your stock on regular basis as I order cookies and cream mousse When I took it home it was expired and also it got a fungus inside. Got my order wrong and refused to take ownership of their mistake. $25 for the wrong pizza which was subpar. 100% would rather 5 $5 domino's pizza. Quality is that much better for the fraction of the price. See less
