I've never had a bad experience with the food at this place. The staff always seem happy to help, even just before knockoff. I often order delivery off their app, as it's easy to use and convenient. The delivery man turned around one time, because he forgot a side dish. He was very apologetic, and left in a hurry. Pretty based place I would say. See less

I have enough of burned pizza made in a rush and at the third bad pizza I decided to post a review. Last year Crust Pizza was good,however something has changed and in my opinion,they changed the speed of the convey oven(much faster) and increase the temperature of the oven and the result is a Pizza always thin as ice and dry as hell with burned cheese and condiments. I will surely order somewhere else next time,unless they will train the rookies working there or they will choose quality over quantity.Terrible Terrible Terrible Pizza.The picture looks better than what it was because I added oil and new ingredients on the top. I'm pleased they've lifted their game after bad reviews.. I found the pizza fresh and crunchy and topped wirh a good amount of ingredients. I wanted to try the pasta but the minimum delivery charge meant I would have had to order three large serves to have it delivered. I had a supreme. It was good See less

Since reopening the store we've ordered a few times. Each time we say never again. The pizzas are extremely dry they've no moisture at all, the base is hard and/or burnt, the ingredients are always dry and there is never enough sauce on the base. Gave lots of chances, but seriously you need to re-assess the products you send out, they are no longer good quality not worth placing an order. See less

I can't delete my previous review, I wasn't going to speak up but it looks like I have to. The previous management was excellent, the new management is terrible, make sure your pizzas are not burned, dry or are missing ingredients before you pick them up. They tend to sit for a while as the staff chat, do or other things or use their phones. Sitting at the end of the oven dries them out. They have gone from excellent pizzas to being not worth the money. Get your pizzas elsewhere. See less

Pizzas are tasty enough. Not worth the price tag though, service is pretty poor, complained once and was essentially ignored by the store manager, I've never had an order from these guys where they haven't missed some sort of edit or request we've made to our pizzas. Just go with Dominos, it's cheaper and you at least get what you pay for there. See less
