The pizzas are delicious but unfortunately they don't use fresh ingredients. We ordered several times a couple of years ago and two times felt mildly unwell, without getting too graphic. We gave them another chance the other night, same story. Ordered the truffle beef and one of the beef strips smelt a bit off. We weren't 100% the next day. It's a pity because we love the flavours. First time customer and I am disappointed at the service we received last night. I ordered online 2 pizzas at 6:40pm expecting that the pizza's would be delivered within Crust's 50min window. At 7.40pm I rang and enquired about our order. After some checking, I was told that the pizza's were just leaving the store and would be delivered in the next 10-15 minutes - even though I live only 2mins drive away. I waited 20 minutes and still no pizzas. I then tried calling and there was no answer. I rang several more times and even tried calling on my son's phone and no response. The Pizza's arrive at 8:10pm - 90minutes after ordering. I questioned the poor delivery guy or said I was his first stop. What would have been nice was just some honesty and an apology for missing my order in the first place, a reassurance that Crust would do their best to get the pizzas to my house ASAP and throw in a garlic bread or dessert (not that we wanted that). Surely this is business skills 101. See less

Sooo overpricing! If it wasn't enough, they call an extra large size a pizza that they can't even cut in 8 slices, otherwise they would all be too small. In other words, they charge you a price of a decent wood fire pizza for a tiny one made in a regular oven. Just feel like someone stole my money. See less

Horrible service and very rude manager, Emily. Sent the wrong order three times. The Manager kept arguing, pizza was cold and really terrible service overall. Ordered 5 pizzas for a birthday party at my house. First they sent only 2 pizzas and they were completely different to what we asked for. She continued to argue with us and then sent us 4 cold pizzas (instead of 5), which were cold and not even fresh possibly old pizza). I called them again and they just continued to argue while making it seem like they were doing a favour for us by sending us the pizza. It took 3 hours to get all the pizzas (we live 10 minutes away) we needed and guess what, our guests had left by then! Terrible customer service, terrible food and an extremely rude manager, Emily. Want pizza? Don't go to Crust Weston Creek. See less

Best Crust pizza I've had (of the 4 I've tried in Sydney and Canberra). Couple of things that should be noted, although, they're not the fault of this particular franchise: 1. The app is a bit clunky. There's no real-time updating of the expected delivery times. I've ordered on a Friday evening (knowing it will be busy) but the app still says expected delivery is 30mins. Sure enough, 1.5hrs later the pizza arrives 2. They've just changed their size names. Medium is now Large, and Large is now Extra Large. I can't see the point in this at all, other than it came in at the same time they had bundle deals in their app. So when you ordered the "2 Large pizzas delivered from $34.95" deal, you actually only got (what used to be) medium pizzas. But, as long as you know pizzas will be late on Fridays or when it's raining, and large pizzas aren't that large, you can't go past Crust at Weston!! See less

A bit pricey, but the pizza you get for your money is definitely worth it, as it far surpasses any rivalling pizza chain I have gone too. I usually order pizza on Fridays and the weekend. Business is usually booming around this time and it is evident with the amount of orders waiting to be made when I arrive in store. However the staff are extremely efficient and let you know exactly where your pizza is and the time it will take. I always know that it usually takes 25 minutes minimum on the days I order. However, some customers that I stand and wait with on these days do not seem to get the message that other people are waiting for their pizza as well. I hope this comment helps others who order on Fridays and the weekend in the future. See less

If you enjoy overpriced pizza that's stingy with ingredients but includes hair grilled with the cheese, this is your place to go. Absolutely revolting. One star because I couldn't go lower. A large prawn (hairy) pizza with chilli had 8 shrimps on it & 1 whole chilli plopped in the middle. A side of Korean style bbq chicken for $12 was 4 small chicken wings with no seasoning. This is a Pizza we paid for..... lodged a complaint on the website with our email, store, issue.... received an email from customer service asking for our email, store... etc. Apparently pizza is not the only thing Crust are not good at. See less

Staff is very rude. I ordered Two vegetarian pizzas yesterday around 9pm. I clearly mention that I am allergic to meat and eggs please use extra caution and do not put sauce on both because it contains egg and I cannot eat it so just put on the side. He didn’t listen properly and put sauce on one and when I ask him, he declined that I told him “no sauce on both”. He was extremely rude and start arguing. Later he said I will make a new pizza and I put his call on hold and said give a second I need to confirm if someone can come back to pick BUT HE DISCONNECT MY CALL. I WILL NEVER ORDER IF THAT GUY WILL PICK MY CALL AGAIN. See less

Such good pizzas. One of the best chain pizza restaurants around. A tad expensive, but relatively quick delivery and good quality ingredients. Would and have been five stars if it hadn't been for a couple of bad experiences with the sourdough herb bread arriving cold and un-melted. Just bread with massive clumps of cold butter. I recommend sticking with the pizzas and avoiding the sides. See less

Usually weston crust pizza is our go to place for pizza as the pizzas are always good. However after our most recent visit I am not impressed with their customer service. I placed an order for pizza online and received the email stating it had gone through and would be ready in 15 minutes. So at 15 minutes we arrived at the store to inquire about our pizza, and were informed it would be another 15 minutes which is fair enough. So at 15 minutes we went back up to the counter and were informed our pizzas hadn't even been started yet. It was at this point they actually started making them. By the time we received our pizzas it had been almost an hour from when we placed our order! I asked them if they could give us a refund, or discount or something as it had been their mistake for not printing and starting the order when we first made it. But I was informed this was asking too much, all they could offer was a free drink or icecream. Very disappointed. See less
