Waited an hour tonight for my pizza and garlic bread, only to receive a pizza that was sitting on a layer of grease and a garlic bread that wasn't sealed at all when it was pulled out of the bag. Pretty disgusting! Won't be ordering again. Wish I could upload photos!nnEDIT: Your prep time definitely was not 30 minutes as I was watching the app wondering if I should call to find out what was going on with my order. The driver delivered within 5 minutes of picking up my order, so don't blame it on him.nnThe garlic bread very clearly had not been wrapped properly and wasn't wrapped in the alfoil when I pulled it out of the bag. This would also explain why it was burnt because it clearly wasn't sealed when it was in the oven.nnPretty disappointing overall and unfortunately won't be changing my review. Customers need to be aware of the subpar food they're going to receive. See less

The quality of the pizza had gone downhill. It’s so dry and the meat toppings (ham and chicken breast) are slightly off. Never get the extra mozzarella topping I paid for. Pizza was ordered at 5pm and delivered within 35mins. It come dry and hard even though it’s slightly warm. It was left outside as per instruction and I collected it 5mins after it arrived. It tasted like an old pizza that has been reheated a number of times and not a freshly cooked pizza. This branch used to serve very nice pizza before 2020 but it’s seems that this year, all the pizzas that I have ordered either for delivery or for a pickup order taste horrible. So disappointing. I have also attached some photos of it. See less
