As a fellow business owner I understand the importance of google reviews, so slept on it before deciding whether or not to give a review, but I had such a bad experience at this winery that I feel the need to share.nnBrad, the manager of the venue, was rude from the second we arrived. Admittedly we were late, which we were apologetic for, however there were still plenty of tables available so seemingly it shouldn’t have been a problem. It was the final winery of our tour and we’d been running slightly late all day, not that it was a problem for any of the other wineries we visited, who were all still very polite and accommodating.nnHe was not very knowledgeable on the wines he served, and seemed disinterested and agitated when we asked for a description of the wines. We even all chose the same 6 wines to taste to make it run smoother for him, yet he was still miserable. He also admitted to us that he had had a bad day, however I don’t think it is acceptable for him to take that out on us. My friend and I were laughing amongst ourselves and it was at that stage he asked us to leave, stating the reason being we were too intoxicated. A poor excuse knowing we’d been drinking previously, except we were completely coherent upon arrival and departure, he just didn’t want us in there. The table beside us also agreed that he was rude so it wasn’t just us that had noticed.nnSuch a contrast from the wonderful winery Lowe’s we visited before. Thankfully the bad ending didn’t dampen our day over all, however it is shame as we carefully chose which wineries we wanted to visit, and clearly going to Di Lusso was a mistake. See less
