I really wanted to support a local business but in this case, I can’t. Ordered 3 medium dinner packs with veggies, small chips and gravy with cheese. Phoned through prior, told 10mins max. Got there 15 mins later, no customers, 4 staff standing around and 1 still getting order ready. In the next 20 minutes 2 other customers walked in at this stage. Our dinner looked ready in a bag however thought something else was to go in the bag, another 5 minutes go by and I ask if that bag of our dinner is ready, yep it’s ready, sitting on the bench getting cold to be told, oh it hasn’t been paid for! Mate, I’m the only one standing here and you know I’m waiting for it. Pay and zip home, everything cold, bad quality meat, absolutely bad service from the older lady, the young boy that might be Irish perhaps was very lovely. Just ridiculous considering it’s all ready to go. See less
