I politely order food. I have my mask on and I waited outside because for courtesy cause I’m a bit dirty but this Very rude old lady who takes order snatch the cash im holding while ordering and not yet finished. and I ask for cutlery cause im taking it away. Then her reaction was shhhess! She keeps on doing this many times now! And I’m not going back. And I’ll tell all my asian friends and anyone to stay away from her. We've been customers here for years, normally we were served by young lady and young man who were nice and polite. But today was our BAD LUCK because we were served by a VERY RUDE mid age viet lady. She claims to be the owner, i asked her name which she reluctantly gave me KIM. When we pay at the end, she charged us more than the total food price and she gave the most ridiculuous reason, because we use their extra bowls! We were 5 people dining and had shared dishes, of course we need empty bowls/plates to eat. And never for years we eat here we ever been charged for using their bowls, not in other restaurants, not anywhere! She said this is new policy which i think she just made that up to fork out more extra money from customers. Congratulations you just lost another loyal customers. Surprisingly she seems does not care when we pointed out how rude she was. Will never ever come back if she is in the restaurant. See less

Rude rude rude service. I've never been treated so badly by an owner in my life. Didn't greet us and took 15 minutes to attend the table to be told half of the items on the menu weren't available. Also yelled at my mother for telling her she wanted number 22. The owners reply was,"I don't know the dish can you tell me the name!" (In an aggressive and hostile undertone then stormed off) We didn't end up ordering as she was such a rude person.. packed our stuff and left.. unsurprisingly she did not care. Will never be back here again and cannot justify your extortionate prices compared to main rd Springvale. See less
