No customer service. Sign said wait to be seated yet no one attended. Chaotic atmosphere. Ended up just giving up and going to the little wombat cafe near by. Much better service for sure. Edit: I was asked to remove this review because I was never a customer. This is true, I wasn't a customer. However this is because I wasn't attended to whilst I waited to be seated, and after 10 minutes I went somewhere better. See less

There is no substitute for customer service, and a positive experience. We visited this place as it is advertised as open until 4:30. When we got there, we were told 4pm. At 3:45, we were denied water because we were told that they were about to close and 5 minutes later a waitress came out to yell across to the two tables to tell us that cafe was closing. Perhaps a more polite and respectful approach to treat customers may be in order. Small businesses are front of mind for us, but respect works both ways. See less

Top Rate Customer Service that couldn't be faulted. From the two servers, to the manager- this team were committed to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The buttermilk pancakes with lashings of Nutella, fresh fruit and salted caramel ice-cream was deliciously decadent. Quite impressed and it was the perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon with good company. See less

Great place. The seating is good and spread out whilst also being in the shade. The food and drinks are good. The staff is cordial and the service is fast and excellent. All in all, its definitely a place you should stop by if you are looking for a place to sit down and drink with mates or are simply looking to grab a bite on your way to somewhere. See less

Food was great and service was fantastic. Lots of options on the menu, including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian choices. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Wheelchair/ walker accessible. Will come back again next time we visit Melbourne. See less

Lovely ambiance with enticing menu. My friend ordered the waffles to share and it was beautiful and SO on point! Sweet but not too sweet overall. Salted caramel ice cream went well with the waffles and crumbed macadamia! Oooh lovely! Waitresses were friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back for more! See less
