Done a really good job with the space, feel sorry that their opening seems to have coincided with all the covid f*ckery. I really like the upstairs tiki lounge space, it's abit more chill and usually quieter - a good place to go when you want to talk with people. Dangerously close to revs. See less

Awesome bar that provides a nice back area with a pool table. Beers are also very nice and with the addition of the outdoor seating on the side street there's a spot for everyone. See less

There was a mistake with my food order but they did such a good job of remedying it that they have made a fan for life. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Food was good albeit limited choice, drinks selection was great. The back room was a bit noisy but overall a very good experience. See less

Walking down chapel street, we felt thristy for a Sunday afternoon and decided to stop at this joint. This pub looks like it was recently renovated or perhaps it is not that old. The staff behind the counter is very friendly, really like the atmosphere, to spend couple of hours on a hot day is worth it, plus its got billiard table down the back to show your skills as player. Sickest bar, great staff and awesome atmosphere. A must see destination. They serve amazing looking cocktails and food. Sports is always playing on the big screen and they also have a pool table for you and your mates. If it gets cold they fire up the gas heaters to ensure a positive customer experience. World class. Firstly, importantly, best fish burger in Melbourne hands down. Secondly, the staff buck the Chapel Street trend by being genuinely nice and have plenty of banter to spare! Extra marks for a great whiskey sour and playing aces tunes at a volume that still facilitates conversation. To paraphrase a song, Death or Glory might be another story but it certainly isn't just another bar. Full marks, highly recommend. See less
