By far the best Italian restaurant on the peninsula and possibly even victoria. Not just is the food consistently delicious and as authentic as possible, the service is also lovely and very welcoming. Eventhough it can get very busy, the hustle and bustle is part if the awesome vibe that makes this place extra special. The staff are all very lovely and accommodating. On our last trip we had a rather sad 7 year old who got cheered up with a cheeky Baci chocolate from one of the staff, in general they are also very accommodating to families and children. I highly reccomend the pizza Ai porcine and the buratta! See less

I have eaten at this restaurant numerous times. The food is authentic and the service has always been fine in the past. Unfortunately today we encountered an extremely rude waiter who spoke insultingly to my elderly mother upsetting her and spoiling the evening. The food does not make up for this type of service. Fortunately there is now a brand new pizza place across Main St which is part of a famous Melbourne chain. They will be getting our business in future. See less

The time I arrived around 1:30pm the venue was fairly empty and quiet but it took the team quiet some time to approach me to take an order. Once I did order my entree the food arrived quickly and so did my beer. But that's all the service I received, there was no follow up or request of a second drink or my main. I was out for a special memory on my own and was willing to order main and dessert but I wasn't offered anything else. I felt like it was best to leave so I paid my bill and chose another restaurant further up Main street Mornington to continue my dining experience. Food was nice and the beer was bottled. See less

Lively and welcoming staff with good energy and delicious food. I'm still thinking if the rigatoni as I drive home. Worth the trip there. You can also pick up some Italian goods in the pantry before you go. See less

Nice and fresh! Mozzarella very fresh and beautiful tasting, fresh tomato. The eggplant parmigiana was delicious. Very authentic. The cannolis for dessert were amazing and huge!! The sweet pizza was fantastic! Amazing service. We will be coming back for sure. Grazie! See less

Lunch on 16/01/22 Food is superb - loved the pizza salsiccia and lasagna. Drinks - moscato was superb Atmosphere - lovely Service - lacking. It was clear that waiters/waitresses kept forgotting our order despite prompting. There were 3-4 tables that arrived after us who received food before us. No apology from staff except that food was on its way. It took us one hour after receiving antipasta to get the mains. See less

We had a dinner here at 5:30pm 3rd Jan. Their Food was very good, but the waitress in grey pants with tight brown belt and very short black top served us was very irritating. When we arrived the restaurant the reception guy warmly brought us in, but that girl puts on a poker face and coldly guided us to a table. She almost knows nothing about their menu and was very impatient to answer our questions on food( kept rolling her eyes and sighing), all we want to know is what is the restaurant’s signature since it was our first time there. Highly recommend their pizza and pasta, and highly suggest person who humiliates herself by treating guests rudely make some changes, pls don’t ruin the restaurant‘s vibe, that’s lots of people’s hard effort. Chefs are very lovely, and front desk stuff are very kind. Will come back again if we receive better service. See less

Every time I come here I regret not eating here more often. Even when packed the service is spot on, but more importantly the food is always excellent. Their pizza bases are so good I could eat them plain. Highly reccomend! See less

Food was fantastic as always, we enjoyed the pizza DOC, spaghetti cacio e pepe and cannoli. 2 large cannoli were $14 dine in, but we noticed mini ones in the deli fridge for $3 if you're after a smaller size or snack. There is a huge range of deli and grocery items to the right hand side of the store. We dined in for a late lunch on a busy weekday, we mistakenly thought we wouldn't need a booking in mid afternoon but it was nearly a full house so try and plan ahead. See less
