I placed my order on 10 June at 4:20pm for delivery. The web shows the expected delivery time is 5pm. However until 5:20pm I still haven't received my order. I go to the shop at 5:25pm to pick up my order. The pizza and garlic bread are COLD. Who wants COLD pizza????? Filled in the feedback form and was told I would get a response within 48 hours, however I don't get any response. Domino has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. I am SUPER UNHAPPY with this order, should I get a refund from Domino????? See less

If I could give -star I would. Twice we have ordered and both times have been a bad experience. The first time the delivery was an hour past the time suggested. This time, not only did they send the wrong pizza (who even wants prawns and anchovies). But they were over an hour with that replacement and didn’t even want to replace it. We asked to speak to the manager and they put the poor young kid back on. Couldn’t even take the time to speak to us. Won’t bother with this dump again. See less

The pizzas are not very consistent but most of the time it was really good. I ordered quite a couple of times and so far had 3 wrong orders.nnI ignored the first one but when it happened again, I called the store and they did provide me with the correct ones free of charge (after I provided evidences).nnI can definitely say the customer service is good as they are very friendly and helpful. However, please keep a high quality check on the pizza to make sure no wrong orders for the customers. See less
