Although the food is usually fast and greasy this is what you expect from takeaway. we keep coming back to dominoes at Calwell because of the Amazing management , the customer service is the best I've seen and a true testament to the store. if they ever make a mistake or deliver late we receive sorry letters with bonus offers and have even received calls from the manager directly! apologising keep up the good work! It's pizza, average review, order took about 20mins longer than predicted, and the pizza photo's didn't work, although I am suspicious about that because I wouldn't be proud to take a pic of them if I made them. Tasted ok for a lazy night See less

Dont recommend. Didn't ring the doorbell , forgot the garlic bread, and pizza was cold. Customer service was pathetic. Will go somewhere els for a pizza next time. I guess that's what happens when kids "run" a business.. See less

I went to place an order last Friday and i overhear managers threatening and yelling at staff members. Quite appalling. The kids all appear very stressed and overworked. Disgusting behaviour. See less

I am a vegetarian and I ordered spicy veggie trio and it had meat in it. It was so disgusting. I am religious and can't eat meat. Worst experience ever. It might not be a big deal for anyone but imagine if someone have allergies or something. Or people who are religious and don't eat meat. It Happened with lots of people I can look at the other reviews. See less

Not great. Got two pizzas with basically nothing on them. I would have taken photos, but it was a bit depressing. Staff could not even hear us properly through the plastic sheilds. See less

Good quality pizza that are made really quick. If you want a special treat try the shakes, they are amazing. Always order online to ensure that you get a code for discount, walk up prices are really expensive. See less

The last two orders that we have placed have been in excess of 40 minutes later than advised delivery time.....and have sat in the store where they have gone cold prior to being delivered. The most recent order, was delivered "without" any of the sauces for 4 servings of the chicken. On phoning the store to advise of this, the young exceptionally officious girl informed me that "...we are very busy..." and without so much as an apology, terminated my call! I was then forced to call back and ask to speak to the Manager to have this rectified. The sauces were then delivered, although rather than the sauces originally ordered, a random selection of sauces in a box were delivered. In comparison, every time I have used Pizza Hut, my order is delivered on time, and as per my order! Will not be using your services ever again! See less

I stay in Canberra often and have found this new store to have great tasting pizza - generous with toppings and nice and hot each time. Staff are always friendly and the layout of the store is cool - I’ve even eaten at the sit down booths on occasion, which is really convenient if I am just passing through. See less

The Dominos App told me the Pizza would be ready at approx. 6:33pm. At 6:35pm I was told that it would be ready shortly. At 6:55, I was told they head boot started making it yet. At 7:12pm I was handed my Pizzas. In the 40 odd minutes I was in there I noted a lot of disgruntled and angry customers with similar issues. The young female manager was doing her best and should be commended for her calm head. The the team were all apologetic and polite. A lot of factors perhaps. New store, "delivery guarantee"(front of the line?), a mad friday night rush. At this point not a fun place to be a customer or a staff member. Hope you sort it out. See less
