After being a regular customer since the day Dominos Hastings opened its doors, we now are no longer in the area they will deliver to, we see there delivery vehicles go past out property on a daily basis, they deliver to further directions and admit this. After years of wearing the odd forgot to send something or send wrong thing and just letting you know without accepting any change or refunds this is the thanks Dominos now offers. We are told this is a head office requirement but like I said, daily we see the dominos bikes riding past the front of our house and a few kilometres to the end so with regret after numerous attempts to see why we have been singled out after being a regular since opening I am leaving a very rare but deserved negative review that leaves us feeling nothing less than discriminated against for no reason. It's disgusting how this is considered ok when clearly you deliver past my house daily. Dominos hastings should be fair to all in the area and have clearly decided that our value as customers is worthless. Dominos head office needs to correct this and make it right if its truly due to them but as it stands its a true reflection on how a company has grown so big that it now thinks it doesn't need the clients that helped them along when they needed it. Good buy dominos hopefully this message makes you wake up to your poor service of late. Shame it came to this but you made the choice so you can own it aswell. Discrimating for no reason of ours is not ok when it's clearly not the truth we are told as to why. Change your values before this becomes widespread as your not so big that people dont have memories . I'm tipping im not the only customer who's having this poor service offered for no truthful reasoning. See less
