Not the kippax location's personal fault but they'll many times deliver it to the ground/door matt so you can get ants in the pizza. And the food isn't nice when not getting a soda with it, soda was carrying it for a while. Maybe other types of customers enjoy it more See less

I'm always very impressed with the pizzas compared to some other Domino's franchises in the area. The staff are very attentive as soon as you walk in the door. On one occasion my partner was struggling to carry multiple items and the staff member offered to assistance her to a bench outside which he did. Great work. Keep it up. See less

Driver drove past my street when less than 1 min away to deliver a second order. Took 25mins to deliver when 'ready in store'. My house is 3mins from the shop. I asked driver "why did you drive past my street?" He said to deliver a 30min order. My food was only just warm. Staff need a lesson on how to roll dough for cheesy crust. They do a horrible job 9 out of 10 times. You end up with mouth full of pizza topping and very little dough. I order cheesy crust bbq meatlovers. Pizza is usually paper/crepe thin in the middle, they roll out pizza too much leaving minimum dough, thick dough around cheese. Far too much bbq sauce. Happens every time. See less

My order was 30 minutes late. Phoned to ask what had happened and was told they were busy and the delivery would take another 25 minutes ,(45 minutes). Asked to talk to manager and the person hung up. Phoned back, asked to make a complaint to the manager. The phone was put down without me being asked to hold and then disconnected several minutes later. Phoned back again, the food still hadn't arrived (50 mins) spoke to someone who said they were in charge. I asked for a name but was advised the person did not have to give their name. I made my complaint angrily. Apologised for being angry and was advised we could have 2 free pizzas as compensation. Our food arrived an hour late!! Is this good service? See less

Good business. Don't think they have ever gotten an order incorrect - even when things take like 5 minutes longer than expected when I arrive to the store after ordering they always compensate. I work at another fast food outlet and I want the business I work for treat our customers better by giving them more food items if we take longer than promised. See less

Ordered online for pickup at 6:15 arrived in store 6:20 to be told order is almost ready 15 minutes later still no pizzas only to be told thay have'nt been made thay have the order on their system and can remake them but would be 15 to 20 minute wait. Told them to cancell the order. See less

I'v ordered from here many times, but recently they hired a new driver. Let me just say, Jacinta, is by far the best pizza delivery woman we have ever had come to our door. She was nice, polite, and very charming. If I was her manager, I'd give that damn girl a raise. See less

Pizzas were cheap and tasted good. Not amazing but definitely worth the price. We had the vegan avo, vegan margarita and vegan cheese and olives. Service was friendly and prompt. Garlic bread was incredible. See less
