Waited for a long time after placing our order. Everyone who came after us was called there name out loud to give out their pizzas. Once I went to the counter and asked their excuse was why didn’t you ask them. Didn’t even apologize for their bad service. See less

I accidentally ordered 2 pizzas instead of one. I immediately call the store and requested if the other one could be cancelled, the lady on the phone passed it in to his supervisor/manager. He was rude and hung up on me while talking. Highly disappointed will never go back ! See less

I have ordered the Spicy Veg Trio pizza which this suppose to be vegetarian pizza. The pizza has come with tiny pieces of meat, I am not a vegetarian and not allergic to meat, however, I do not eat meat. Please be mindful and checking the food before handling it to customers. See less

Worst pizza shop in darwin. I have ordered many times from them, every single time pizza was too bad. They don't add ingredients or sauce you asked to put in and also miss the the basic ingredients of particular pizza. See less

I bought a Domino's pizza large size 2pcs yesterday from Domino's Millner Store. Apparently, I found and bit dried fish piece in our vegetarian spicy paneer pizza. I am a vegetarian and how could your staff mix a dried fish piece in our meal. I am allergic to seafood. It was not cooked and checked properly before it was handed over to me at the time of pick up at your Millner store. When my brother contacted the store the Manager at that given time was so rude in his discussion that he doesnot know how to handle a complaint from a customer. If you are charging the full.amount of the pizza atleast make sure the correct food is served to the customer especially who have strict cultural beliefs and is allergic to sea foods. We will never have Dominos Pizzas and we will make sure it is notifiable. See less

Ordered pizza, GPS doesn't work, dom pizza tracker doesn't work. After an hour with no pizza arrived called store. Took no responsibility said someone must have stolen the pizza from out the front of my apartment. Even though I was checking that if it was there and I live on an end apartment. Store pretty much blamed me. Offered no refund or replacement until pushed. Wont order from here again. See less

The delivery driver was polite. The pizza was good and on time! He had a little incident reversing out of the driveway. The manager sacked him for the incident. Perhaps I should send the arsewipe management the bill for towing assistance provided to render assistance to the poor driver. Manager you suc for firing an employee for an accident! Pity people aren’t more sympathetic. And others can’t drive a motor vehicle 🚗! Maybe I should apply for the managers job, except $.05 cents an hour wouldn’t cover my bills. See less

We were left waiting 45mins for lukewarm pizza. The delivery driver was seen driving around as if he was lost. The garlic bread was underwhelming and just warm. No apologies were given for such a late delivery. See less

Very much disapointed with the pizza. When opened the box, the whole topping was at one side and the base was plain. When tasted it we got to know that there was absolutely no cheese on the pizza. And the pizza was actually cold. See less
