I ordered a $8 value pizza on the big sign at the front and inside the restaurant and they charged me $9,20 not to mention how atrocious the inside of the kitchen is and how long it took to serve me. See less

Ordered Pizza for delivery, an hour later there was no update on online system so I called them. Person on the phone had no idea where my order is. Then he said it will be ready in 15 min and if you are in hurry then organise your own pick up. 5 min later I called confirming will pick up as it was quite late. Person on the phone said ohh pizza is on the move and you will have to wait for 30min. At the end hubby went in store and waited till it was ready. Very bad experience yes they did give us garlic bread for free. All together it took over two hours to get pizza home and store in 4 km away from me. See less

I have had a few issues with this Domino’s and gave them the benefit of the doubt as I was told they were ‘short staffed more than 6 months ago but seems that it’s more than that. The service has never been great their people skills are very average and are often blunt and borderline rude. I have had to go pick up my sons pizza twice myself because what is advertised as a 20-35 delivery time turned into a 50 minute plus timeframe and on both occasions they were rude when I went to pick it up and made no offer of an apology or offered maybe a drink or something as a bit of a peace offering. As a small business owner I always find it interesting how people deal with problem solving and then as a result customer service and I always have patience again owning small businesses I know the battles you can face but it gets to a point where you just don’t buy/order from somewhere anymore when they continue to overpromise and underdeliver on quality, delivery, customer service and overall attitude. It’s a shame as I’m a big advocate for supporting small business but you can’t flog a dead horse See less

Absolutely disgusting pizza. I order exactly the same pizza from Domino's in Warrnambool. Two completely different things. Patterson Lakes was uncooked, dripping with enough oil to run an engine. I ate 3 pieces and fed the rest to the dog. They should be ashamed of themselves. Somebody who knows how to actually cook pizzas get in there and train them. See less

Easy to find and open during the Christmas period. Friendly and courteous customer service. Considering that most of the other pizza shops were closed during the Christmas period in the Paterson Lakes Shopping area. The customer service was very prompt, with easy access from car parking areas and car parking also available. The variety pizzas and extras available within the menu was great and also reasonably priced. See less

Ordered a pizza with chicken now over a bit of a month ago and though I'd give the owner a chance. Pizza was supposed to arrive within 1/2hr.... nope, called. Apparently payment hadn't gone through but it had on my end. Said it would be sent anyway because there was a big order up the road.... shouldn't be more than another 45mins Max I was told. 1 he later, I still hadn't received it... called again, it's on it's way... another hour had passed.... still no pizza or wings.... called again, he's not far off, asked if he can please enter unit number and go up the lift once allowed entry. Was told he can't. Then had to meet delivery driver out the front about 20mins after that call only to have my pizza cold and chicken cold delivered in a woolies freezer bag.... Never again. And judging by the recent reviews, this current owner is driving this business into the ground. See less

Worst place! We have tried so many times this place because we live in Patterson lakes and this is the closest place. They have forgotten to put through our order atleast three times and obviously never get any apology for that all they say they forgot. They Never follow the instructions and answer phone for ages. I have no idea who runs it because seems like they don’t care at all. Really hope there will be a new owner soon. See less

The loaded chicken pizza has very little chicken for what is advertised as being "loaded". The chicken and camembert pizza had a fishy taste. In addition the choc lava puff rolls were far from sweet and chocolatey, but instead flavourless compared to what we had the pleasure of experiencing when first released... But I digress... We had also requested home delivery... To be called 15min later to say they only have one delivery person working currently, and it will be 2 hours until we receive our order, if we could come pick it up. Disappointment is what was felt. Ordered pizza at 1pm. Due for delivery at 137pm. Never arrived. Automatically rescheduled for delivery at 224pm. Still no pizza after waiting an hour and a half and now I have to go back to work. Looks like no lunch for me today! Thank you. See less

Ordered pizza on friday night for delivery after an hour got a call saying it was gonna take another 3 hrs to deliver due to having no drivers. So i decided to pickup from Patterson Lakes the lady comes out and apoligises and felt the need to tell me that the reason they were dealyed was because international students couldnt get into the country. There were more than enough staff in the back to do the driving. Why not advertise and hire locals to drive??? So weird See less
