Food was good, but we were very much disappointed by the staff. They are not responding well, not ready to listen to the order and adding extra food which was not ordered. We had to tell them about few changes in the order and they are not ready to make the changes. There were two staff and they were rude, they seem to be like not caring about their customers, bad experience. See less

Ordered pizza and drink through DoorDash which was never delivered, although they marked it as if it were. Called the restaurant multiple times to figure out what was going on but no one answered any time. Terrible service See less

Twice we've ordered from Dominos, Rye, and both times have been extremely disappointing. First time, the driver forgot to bring our deserts. Second time, 2 Pizzas looled like they had been stood on their ends. One was replaced by the store, but even then, the driver seemed to have trouble finding the delivery location, despite it being extremely obvious. Add to that we ordered Pepsi Max and they sent Pepsi. UPDATE: Since found Smokin' Joe's Pizza. Far better value, better taste and a decent delivery guy who can follow simple instructiins. See less

3.5 hours post ordering, food has not been delivered. Restaurant also closed, though it was confirmed as on the way. Used menu log so ability to cancel and get support is very limited. Would not recommend. See less

Worst service received ever if i could give i would have give negative star to their service. Ordered one large pizza the guy on phone said it will be 30 mins we live not even 5mins away from this store still I understand busy minimum time is 30 mins but it took 1 hour when i called they it will be another 15 minutes we are extremely busy so I canceled the order now around $28 they deduct and its been 7 days haven’t got the money back yet and no response from them as well i have been calling them since last 2 3 days manager is not available to talk at all always whoever pickup the call says will get back to you but never got any call back. Its not about $28 its about your value for customers the way you treat them. See less

We usually love our vegan range dominos pizza however this is at least the fourth time now we have had to call to advise 1) Order was completely damaged upon delivery 2) Ordered the extra large and paid for however received the small size 3) Pizza was cold 3) tonight’s issue - ordered our regular Vegan range pizza and garlic bread. This was diary based and our family of 4 could certainly the difference. We know that sometimes mistakes are made & that’s ok. I asked politely if they could come and collect our uneaten pizza in exchange for the vegan range and they said that the delivery of the next pizza would taste the same because the manager was ‘pretty sure’ he put the vegan cheese on the pizza. We certainly know the taste difference & this wasn’t the plant based range we ordered (+ it’s an extra $$ which we are always happy to pay) See less

Having lived locally for a while now, we have ordered numerous times from this branch. Most of the drivers are always courteous and a pleasure to deal with. However there always seems to be an issue with the food, normally it’s like warm and even though you’ve paid $3 for each extra topping it’s normally still very light on. Tonight though, we ordered what was a simple order to be delivered at 5 via the app. We tracked the order and were happy to see the photo of our pizza ready to go at 4.58pm. However it then took another 10 minutes before it was “on its way”. It arrived another 5 minutes after that and the driver was polite as always. However, upon getting inside we realised an item was missing (dessert). I quickly rang the store so they could maybe catch the driver still in our street but the guy in the phone didn’t really care and put me on hold. 10 mins later!!!! He picked up the phone and proceeded to talk like we hadn’t already discussed the matter!!! When I asked if we could get the item he just kept saying sorry. So I asked again about how do we deal with it and he just went silent. Maybe it was a language barrier but it’s not the point. Don’t put somebody on the phones that can’t deal with issues!! Long story short, I hung up as I realised a $5 mousse wasn’t worth the stress. If you’re a tourist reading this, we do have plenty of other pizza places on offer that may be a bit dearer but they offer real pizzas with great service. I guess you do get what you paid for. The pizzas were absolutely horrible.  Paid $42 for two pizzas with barely any topping and just looked dry and stale. It was basically just like eating dry bread. Pizzas need topping! No one wants to pay $42 for just bread. Its unacceptable. The new Yorker pepperoni has barely any salami and was like the big cheese with few pieces of salami. I cannot believe that you can serve pizza like that and charge that much. I tried calling up but no one answers the phone. I wanted to return pizza and get a refund. Can someone please contact me. It's much easier to utilise the app than it is to either ring or go into the store. The app gives you vouchers and you can get it delivered. The problem with the app is you MUST ALWAYS READ THE ORDER CAREFULLY. A lot of times, when you use the voucher, it doesn't take off the amount or do the deal. The negative with getting your pizza delivered is that it's ALWAYS ALMOST COLD!!! So going into the store is the only way to avoid getting a luke warm pizza. We've ordered plenty of times from the local Rye Store to be delivered at home. And this is always an issue. Also, although they take a photo of your cooked pizza, it NEVER looks like what you have ordered at all. It appears that they are scabby, as most Domino's stores are, with their ingredients. So, if you want a pizza that looks and is packed with ingredients, then Domino's isn't for you. However, there pizza's are reasonably priced. Maybe that's the reason. Their thick shakes are delicious and the one thing that they don't cut back savagely on the ingredients. See less

I wish I could rate it better because we did eat them but the accuracy of our order was wrong. We ordered two days in a row. First only garlic bread...they forgot to put them in the oven until after they were asked after waiting 15 minutes. Next order was 3 vegan pizzas, all different. Received two vegan pizzas and two of them the same but one had real cheese. Not sure how that got messed up but it's clear they don't pay attention at this store. And as many others have mentioned. Undercooked. Never have had Soggy soft garlic bread like theirs. It's like it fell into a puddle. Luckily we had two non strict vegans who ate it but come on, that's just not what we ordered. 2 weeks in a row. Ordered pizza online to be delivered told it would be there in 30 minutes arrived 1.5 hours later. Manager said he can’t help it he was busy not his fault. Yes it is mate. No refund offered. See less
