I have ordered veggie supreme on three separate occassions and they always put too much chilli flakes. Spoke to the manager, he suggested to minus chilli flakes in my next order. I did just that and requested for extra pineapple, minus chilli flakes. and once again, they added extra chilli flakes with standard amount of pineapple. Had to throw the pizza away. Spoke to the manager again, he refused to take responsibility for the service provided. Haven’t ordered from there again. Contacted dominos main office and fortunately, dominos had send a voucher code for free pizza. I suggest: Dominos should close this store or maybe change their management. Lack of customer support. I ordered my pizza online and they delivered my pizza with bugs on top and when i asked for refund the manager named dheeraj refused to pay. I never advise to go to this store. This store is very unhygienic. See less

Worst ever. Burned cheesy bread. Missing Garlic bread. I called to ask for my missing items and they flatly refused to send the driver back, instead giving me a code to redeem said items in the future. I explained that the kids would go mental without their garlic bread tonight, and I wasn't interested in ordering from them again in the future, but received no assistance, compassion or understanding. Very disappointed. Poor product, poor service. See less

ordered a pizza today only to be told that my pizza had "gone missing" when i came to pick it up and it took almost 20 minutes to make a new one. all we got as compensation for our wasted time was a box of brownies. we also consistently get pizzas delivered to us without the correct toppings. this has happened on more than 5 occasions. if i could rate 0 stars i would. Got the chicken parmeson and the peking duck pizza. Perfectly cooked, super clean store and very lovely young man on the counter. We used to go to another local dominos but this far exceeds our experience. See less

If you don't have what I've ordered, please give a call and give a opportunity to choose something else instead of refunding the money through the delivery guys. Because of this I got my nephews and niece going to sleep without nachos. This is really disappointing. Hope you guys better structure your management. I am never gonna order from this branch again. I am surprised with a simple commen sense of the staff .i ordered on ubereats and put a note to call on arrival as i cant track as they deliver it themselves and the driver just left it in the cold and i was unaware later when i call the restaurant they say we can do anything as u put the note under making pizza not delivery instructions. Uber wont allow me to choose hand to me thats common sense because it is delivered by your own restaurant staff .am surprised at the behaviour of the staff i will never order again and whenver i pass through ur restaurant i will definitely stick a a note on your front wall See less

Could say it's just another Domino's franchise but for some reason the Thomastown store has always been that little bit better! Tonight once again, Was amazing! The Chicken Tikka was exceptionally amazing tonight! Love this dominos. See less

Two star for the taste. Taste was ok . I ordered Peri Peri chicken where I could hardly find chicken. Felt waste of money. I usually don't go to dominos but definitely it will be the last time I visit and also need more trained staffs I was overcharged and got the refund after the complain though Overall 2 stars. #1 Most recent order was Loaded Pepperoni,they gave me just a normal Pepperoni, you pay extra for less apparently. Same Pizza at Mill Park and it came out perfect. #2 Decently satisfied with what I received except one of the pizzas toppings was unevenly spread, But then the other pizza was pretty good. Hand over was fine and quick delivery. See less
