Every time I order my Dominos pizza I always order it with Churros and extra chocolate. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order my Churros i never get chocolate. I'm paying 5 bucks extra every time just to not get what I payed for. See less

I experienced one of the worst delivery drivers in my life, i have had beautiful experiences with all of them as a proud customer of dominoes but i had one driver named josh newsome (he drove a silver lancer). He proceeded to speed up my street and parked his car on my grass, crushing a few plants. He did not apologise, he laughed and proceeded to ask for a tip! This is outrageous and i will never be ordering from here again, i have notified friends and family and its safe to say he has ruined it for me and my family!!! See less

Had a terrible experience with delivery service. The deliverer’s name was Joshua and he pulled up to our drive way at an alarmingly fast pace. When he came to the door and I had notified him he had forgotten our drinks, he did not bother to apologize and could be heard murmuring profanity as he walked away. Definitely turned us off of dominoes pizza for good. See less

i had an extremely bad experience with a delivery driver; i believe his name was joshua newsome. upon arrival he sped dangerously fast up my driveway whilst playing obscene music at an obnoxious volume. he then proceeded to throw the food onto my verandah, which i soon found out that he had eaten half of and spat all over. i can confirm that i will not be ordering again. This Domino's is fantastic to say the least. Even under the pressure of an overloading Friday night they still perform to the maximum capacity possible. The pizzas are delicious and cooked to perfection, they aren't too heavy, nor too light, with the toppings and sauce. The sides are delicious, I ordered a garlic bread and a cheesy garlic bread and let me tell you, they were juicy and cheesy. Absolutely perfect! The thick-shake was very good, a delicious blend of ingredients and perfect thickness, only had to let it melt a little bit so it was easier to drink. Overall, I believe this Domino's is the best in the region and is definitely worth ordering from. They're worth every cent! See less

Ordered a week ago, food was cold and burnt also forgot a side. Called them up, they gave me store credit. Made a order to pick up to redeem my credit told me it will be ready in 20mins, 50mins later not ready lost the order. These guys need to pick up there act. See less

This evening the 17/07/21 I ordered a pizza online for 9.30pm, paid for it and then realised that I had ordered it for 7.30pm so I promptly rang the store and had it changed on the computer but low an behold it turned up at 7.45pm which I sent back. I rang the store again and spoke to a girl who promptly handed my call to the duty manager who politely changed the order back to 9.30pm and then rudely suggested that I check my order before I pay for it next time. As a loyal customer of this store since it first opened I was very angry at the managers response and very disappointed. Cheers Wayne See less

My kids had some friends around so I ordered some pizza. The Dominoes app was playing up so I called the order in. Long story, but I somehow manged to submit my order 3 times (twice on app, once on call) and was charged twice. Staff were great about it. I took the pizzas I wanted and they refunded the overpayment. See less

The only thing good to say is the pizza was hot & the convenience of delivery to the house. I ordered a loaded pepperoni with pineapple, the amount of pepperoni on the pizza looked no different than a standard. The supreme was a little better. Delivery time was terrible. Originally told expected time 6.46pm, then at 7pm an updated time appeared, saying expected time was now 7.16pm. Pizza arrived at 7.24. The tracker did not appear until after the pizza was delivered, not sure if the driver had to turn it on & forgot. No explanation for why there was a delay. All up it took an hour from time of ordering. Photo also shows how it was delivered & the lousy topping. 1st time ordered online, not a fan. We would have been better ordering Uber Eats. See less
