Ordered a small pizza and then went to the shops to get a few other things. Came back after 10 minutes to be told they don’t have small pizzas and was asked if I wanted to pay $6 extra for a medium. I’d just walked around for 10 minutes waiting for it to be cooked. If I wanted a medium pizza I would’ve ordered one in the first place. When someone places an order and you don’t have the thing they order, tell them straight away. You advertise small pizzas and you show everyone the size of a small so how can you not make what you advertise. I’m not paying extra when you can only supply a larger version of what you advertise due to your ineptness. As a regular customer at the shop you have just shown why so many people are unhappy with the service. See less

Amazing fish and chips great service and friendly workers definitely will be coming back the young man I presume is the owners son provides excellent service every time I come. Overall Donatello’s pizza burgers and fish and chips are so good. Only problem is I order so much food everyday that I put on 5 kilos a week. 🤣 Ps make sure you order over the phone as it can get really busy See less

Excellent calamari, and the fish is usually excellent. Because they double fry the fish, you might want to choose fatter/thicker pieces which will retain more moisture than thin fillets. Burgers are really good, good selection, good buns, usual takeaway fare, but with Swanniassa flair. Chips are good, minimum 4.50 is enough for two. Sauce is extra and in small packets. I get the customer convenience, but it isn't much sauce for 20c. The tables outside enable you to soak up the ambiance of the convenient car park, while taking in the view of Red Rooster across the children's playground. You will inevitably pop into Coles or the chemist while waiting for your order. See less

Donatello's is a pretty good fish and chip shop. They pride themselves on fresh produce and have a good salad bar and gelati freezer. I haven't tried their pizzas yet. There is some seating outside if you want to eat there. See less
