Ordered 3 milkshakes, because they where not doing thickshakes for some reason. Got flavoured milk. My girls milkshake was even worse and was not properly mixed. causing the flavour to be non existent. See less

Very poor service. Asked for price of an original dog in the combo - was told $8.95. Was then charged extra for cheese and onion which are included in the original dog price of $6.70. Their combo doesn’t seem to exist with a charge of $3.80 for the drink. The staff were very rude and did nothing to ensure the sale. See less

When did donuts start costing so much 🤭 I asked the price of a donut and when I said I thought that was too much the man laughed at me and turned to his colleague, prompting her to laugh. This did not break my heart, moreso my want/need to buy from them. They can keep their donut and I keep my money 😂 I'm laughing now as I still have my money 😀 See less

It's a standard Donut King franchise outlet with courteous and efficient staff and lots of iced donuts adored by the young ones. There are the standard cinnamon donuts for more adult tastes. I regularly have coffee there and it is consistently good. A big benefit is that the nearby Westpac Bank provides a very good free internet connection free of advertising whereas the shopping centre only provides access to its database. Usually no problem getting a table and you will not feel hassled if you take your time reading a newspaper or chatting. See less

I ordered my soft serve in a cup as I couldn’t eat the cone and they charged me for a sundae. The cup was only half full and the ice cream was so freezer burnt that I had to throw it out. What a waste. See less
