The food smells delicious and lovely we had tandoori chicken biryani which was so amazing which I never had anywhere before. The only concern is, the restaurant is super good for food but not with customer service. we were assisted by a staff worker named Ali. He has given us very very bad service and very rude to face. People need to have some customer service experience in restaurants like this which has good food sense and so many customers come to that place because I liked the food but never faced any bad customer service like this in any country.In reputed firm like this staff should be educated atleast, like how to talk to customers and how to be polite to customers. He spit on my face while talking and I can understand it's an accident but he wasn't sorry for that instead he is rude to us. Talking in his own language. I felt so embarrassed before my friends. I have to let you know because lot more people out there like your restaurant and I'm on of em, so don't loose your customers because of the bad customer service.Hope you understand. Thanks. Worst customer service ever. We just asked for some onions, waiter Ali just refused and said we don’t provide any onions for free. Even after i said i will pay for it, he refused to do so. He needs to learn better customer service 👎 See less

I had high hopes for this restaurant after reading the 4.5 star review. I ordered a butter chicken and it was so red that all it tasted like was tomato, unfortunately it wasn't enjoyable and I couldn't finish my meal. My naans were black and burnt and our lamb biriyani just tasted like pepper as there was too much in the dish. See less

Best Indian in Canberra, We had a goat curry with garlic naan it was delicious. Malai kofta was very yum. Chef has magic in his hands. Staff are polite and friendly, great service and was served very quick. This place is highly recommended for people who loves Indian cuisine. See less

It is horrible place to eat Indian food. We went their with an excitement but after eating food our whole excitement turned into literally very bad experience. Even though it’s not busy we were only their but still they serve food like they are loading truck ( loading everything at one time ). Palak paneer looks like methi paneer and had no taste. Fish pakora was coated with a thick besan with a tiny pieces of fish inside. Paneer makhni taste likes shahi paneer. After we had a main course we didn’t not order sweets as we assumed it would be the worse one as well . They have very bad customer service . We are not visiting this place ever again. Wow. I can’t believe any of these 5 star reviews. Chicken was old cold and tasted off. Biriyani’s are just curry mixed with meat. Definitely not dum - and trust me I have had many dum biriyanis. Maybe we went on an off day (I absolutely hate giving one star reviews but this was thoroughly deserved. Hope they can improve). See less
