You know the difference when you eat at the same brand restaurant and receive completely different different service and food quality.
1) Dumplings came out and we had to ask for soy sauce 10 mins later.
2) No napkins provided, I had to ask and when she was about to give me some...she gave me one only. I had to politely ask for more.
3) I asked for chili paste, they provided me chilli oil. I asked nicely, I'm sorry could we please have chilli paste. The lady gave me a greasy and said they don't have it.
4) I asked for 2 take away containers, they charged me $2 ..that's right for 2 take away containers! As I walked away, she rudely states that we have always been charging for containers.
5) I asked for 3 bowls, 2 were clearly dirty and I had to ask for clean one's
6) There is no cutlery, no napkins at the table so you have to go to the front because the staff never approach you.
7) All the chairs we were sitting on had black sticky tape because clearly it's worn out
8) The hand sanitizer smelt expired and was sticky after application.
9) Food rating, 6/10. Fried rice lacked in portion and was too dry...only had one prawn, normally there's more.
10) Ordered 2 prawn toast, both were hard and overcooked. It must have been old food laying there waiting to be reheated when a customer dines in...
The ones in the food court inside the plaza is 100 times better
The staff lacked customer service, their body language and how they went about their business came across as though they are only there to treat each other (own staff) nicely but when it involves a customer, good luck trying to get a polite smile or gesture. Overall lacked in professionalism in their tone and manner.
If there was an option of zero-stars, I would have chosen it. Good luck to anyone who eats here. If you're looking for quality and a great time with your family, do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else! See less
