Got food from here earlier tonight off DoorDash. Food was so good I just had to leave a review. I ordered fried noodles, crispy chicken, pork buns and sweet and sour pork. My kids loved it and so did the rest of my family. Would rate 10 stars if I could 😊. Defiantly going to order from here again. The drive there to order at the mall would 100% be worth it. See less

Awful. This place used to be ok, but it’s gone downhill fast. Dumplings are straight out of a packet and seemed undercooked. Noodles were disgusting. They brought the wrong dish out, then acted as if they were doing us a huge favour to correct their mistake. We asked for plates to eat off and it seemed like a hassle for them, terrible service. Hidden treasure. Great place for authentic Chinese food. Affordable prices. I had the Wonton in Chilli ($8.80) - nice balance of sweet and savory, not too spicy. 8 wontons. I wanted to have a Chinese style savory breakfast. They open at 10.30 am. I had the braised beef noodle with regular noodles ($13.80). Beef had some gnarly pieces. However, overall good. Nice flavor. This is probably a bit strong if you aren't used to original Chinese food. Nice noodles. Tables were kept quite clean. Service was quick. It's quieter than the food court. See less

Extremely poor hospitality, they had me show my transaction for 2x Pork dumplings to "prove" I had ordered them as THEY made a mistake in the order taking process. After the fact, we asked for a spoon to eat fried rice in which they responded with a very passive aggressive response as they pointed to the self serve section. I work in the hospitality industry and this type of behaviour would need alot more of a apology than just "sorry, there was a mix up". Food however was great. See less

First time I went food was great and couldnt fault it. 2nd time I went I found xiao long bao wasnt hot enough and not quite fresh. 3rd time I went food was totally different, I think must be a different chef and busier than usual. Overall, it's a good dumpling place at the mall apart from that I think if you have car and drive 30mins away to Chatswood you might find the best places. See less

The thing with this place is that the food is great, but it's a 50-50 chance that you'll get your correct order, or sometimes if you get your order at all. They also don't like to admit they are wrong either. This is apparent for both eat in and take away. See less
