Taking wrong order. The shop should give the customer a bill with the name of the drink on it for the customer to check themselves, or reconfirm with the customer twice. See less

Visited yesterday. My partner and I had two different milk teas, both tasted odd (we are not new to milk tea), and both of us have been sick with stomach issues all night. Service was terrible as well. See less

Love bubble tea but HATED the customer service. It wouldn't kill them to smile once in a while. Also once we arrived almost 40mins before closing and was refused service because they had already packed. What is the point of opening hours if you're just going to pack and leave before you close !
