Sorry to say that after reading so many positive reviews, after having my birthday dinner there last night I won't be returning again. Yes it was nice with big open windows and a view of the river (or lack of), but that was about all the atmosphere there was. The wait staff definitely have the easiest job ever - they don't even have to wait on you - a tablet on the table takes the ordering and customer interaction out of their hands, making the experience feel like you're not meant to talk to the staff. It felt awkward and impersonal to be at a restaurant and order like you're getting an uber delivery. I ordered a gin flight for $25 with the amount of gin lucky to even cover the dehydrated fruit in the glass, and the tonic water served in a bottle that I couldn't open without a bottle opener.... now I know the staff arent run off their feet placing orders, so surely they can at least remember to open the bottle before serving it? As far as the food goes, it was mostly nice enough but not at all exciting, basically just glorified fish and chips. It seemed so much more exciting reading the reviews. And the most disappointing part was the Moussaka my mum received, which was literally still frozen when served. Overall a disappointment with no atmosphere and staff that you weren't sure you were really allowed to talk to or just be even more antisocial than society already is and use a tablet instead of actual human interaction.
