Holy Tortellini! We were so excited to hear Eight Six had opened in the south, that we had to be there for the opening night. Well, we were not disappointed! We couldn’t fault any dish but we just have to give special mention to the tortellini - WOW. The best pasta I’ve ever had. I didn’t want it to end. So delicious. And we can’t not mention the chicken Milanese. Probably the most perfectly cooked chicken I’ve ever had. So much flavour in all the dishes. The hardest part is not having a stomach big enough to try everything - but now we have a great reason to be back soon. Do yourself a favour and sit at the kitchen bar - so much atmosphere there!
