This the best cafe ever. It is open 24/7 so you can go there any time any week. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. My favourite things to order there would just be a plain burger, with chips and a chocolate milkshake, these are all super delicious. Not one thing on their menu is bad. I highly recommend eating here. See less

This place has been around for years, a Melbourne institution. Open 24 hours so good for late night feed. Food is very basic burgers and chips. Unfortunately the place has not adapted with the times, prices have gone up. Cash only in this day and age...they must be struggling. See less

Used to have the best old school Aussie hamburger in Melbourne. Unfortunately, quality has gone down. The NOT SO FRESH bun wasn't toasted when I had it last time. Its more like being baked. I could've been eating there once or twice a month if not more. In the past, I've ever highly recommended it to people. Haven't been back since!! BAD LUCK!! See less

Always a great steak sandwich at the Embassy in Spencer Street Melbourne, anytime day or night. They serve coffee, breakfast, hamburgers, grills and salads. You can even try their “Open Burger with the lot”. Although on my last visit after ordering my regular steak sandwich I asked if they could please refill my drink bottle and I was told “no they couldn’t do that and if I wanted to have it refilled I would have to use the toilet”. I mentioned that doesn’t seem to be OH&S, but was then told the taps in the toilets are the same as here (*behind the counter). This 24/7 venue is cash only (no eftpos) although there is an ATM out the left of the front door which will charge you for the privilege of cash withdrawals. See less
