This is our local place to dine, they have a good size menu there's a playground and entertainment for the kids. I'm a fan of a good schnitzel and they're good here. Ring to book because it is popular with locals and gets pretty full. The staff are nice and friendly. The dining room is simply furnished, the sports bar has a pool table, and likevall pubs there is a pokie room. See less

We stayed here for three nights during our holiday in Adelaide. The hotel is located centrally & quite close to all amenities. The room although small were adequate for a short stay. The room wasn't cleaned even once during our stay despite me requesting them on the third morning. Although polite, the general demeanor of the staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. The only exception being the lady that helped with the stuck window blinds in our room. See less

Friendly staff but need a better ordering system for larger groups. We used the table ordering system so when I food come out numerous people got the same meal so those that ordered first were waiting along time. Yes we put our hands up when the food was called but they just go to who they see first. We waited over an hour for ribs and rare 400g steak which was more on the medium well side. See less

Our Hotel room had a bad aroma in it, there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, the grout in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned and looked disgusting, there was previous occupants hair on the bathroom floor, the bed sheet on the double bed was too small and didn't cover the mattress, the aircon didn't work until I took the filters out which looked liked they'd never been cleaned, there was a burn mark on the lounge and carpet from an iron, and the tiny bin in our room didn't get emptied on the last day we stayed there. The staff were very polite and helpful but the standard of the room was well below par. I know it is a budget hotel but it was all I could afford for our short family holiday and I was extremely disappointed with our room. See less

Food is awesome. Large portions and cooked to perfection. Even with staff downat the Bistro, they were very quick, efficient and a wonderful friendly and happy attitude. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in accommodation and bar- absolutely 10 out of 10. They also have discounts for regular stays, across the bistro and accommodation. Had a wonderful stay after a stressful day, 10/10 will be patronise and staying again. Thank you especially to Tracy at Reception/bar and Liz in the bistro- you both are absolute stars in the hospitality field, a credit to your workplace! See less

Not the best experience I've had staying in Adelaide. I get the cheaper rates, get what you paid for, and the room overall wasn't bad, however I firstly get hassled for my mask exemption, saying I have to show it to them and I'd be in trouble with police. Well the law is you have actually broken the privacy act, and discrimination and disability act by demanding I show it. Australian Federal Law states I have to have one, not show you my medical condition. Get to the room and see it hasn't been cleaned properly. Clean sheets but that was about it. Dust quite thick, remote dirty with sticky stuff over buttons, dried milk still on top of the fridge, bathroom tiles not wiped down, can see the stains, bathroom sink tap and plug dirty and old soap left in the shower. Spare blanket not even folded to look cleaned. Booking stated breakfast included and it wasn't. Very average cleaning and I suggest that needs to improve given the times of "covid cleaning". And I suggest you read up on the law regarding demanding to see people's confidential medical information. If the cleaning was of higher standard most of that could be overlooked, however it was quite poor. See less

I stayed there few weeks, giving 4/5. Staff was friendly and supportive. Room was cleaned every day, but some days the towels they replaced were very smelly. Not sound proofed, was bit noisy even in the midnight. Unfortunately, I had noisy neighbors who phone their friends even at 2am. You would easily hear what’s happening in the adjacent room. See less

I got the rissoles and they were really good but really fatty. my BIL ordered a burger that was a little dry and tough. It's a gorgeous place and the staff were amazing but the prices seem high compared to the quality. See less

This hotel has wonderful serving staff and their customer service is really good however, the adult mains food is very average. I have tried this hotel twice in the last few months and the first time I returned my food after waiting approximately an hour it came out luke warm and over done. I decided to try again the other day and the kids meals were AMAZING they came out fast and were very generous in size but again there was a long wait on the adult mains and once we received our meals we were disappointed again. This hotel has so much potential the food is letting the place down a huge amount. See less

Enjoyed a lovely lunch today, the meals were all great. Friendly relaxed bistro with happy staff and great customer service. The manager Sheree was very welcoming and had a cheerful attitude. We look forward to coming back again soon. See less
