We had our daughter's 6th birthday party at Our Family Life. We were promised that every aspect would be taken care of with 'The Family Life' touch. For over $40 per child it was very over priced for what we received. The adult food didn't turn up, there were 3 types of mismatching party bags and the whole event lacked any co-ordination. Worst still, the owner debited our credit card prior to the event (without our knowledge and without advising us - we gave her the details only for the deposit), overcharged us and refused to provide an invoice! We only received a refund for the overcharge 6 weeks later when we threatened to dispute the transaction with our Bank. Absolutely appalling service and the owner Aimee is extremely rude once you have booked and paid. Do not have a function here and do not give them your credit card details. See less
