Hi I visited here with my family on Sunday morning last week, had a terrible experience with service of food. Even lady didn’t realised till the end to serve drinks with the full meal. Until we were leaving the. Table and my sister noticed that drinks are missing on table neither paper cups were given to fill it up on our own. We confirmed her for special Requirements with the meals, none of them were kept in mind. Too disappointed with services. Although taste of food was good. Extra soft buns loved them. Regards See less

Firstly, those looking for the restaurant it's just on the outside of M-City on Blackburn Rd opp Sydney tools The brisket burger was good and a very generous portion! The regular chips are awesome with a spiced seasoning. The sweet potato chips would have been great but it was over seasoned. The highlight though was the hot chicken wings with blue cheese dip, yum! The parma looked good and keen to be back to try other items on the menu. See less

Friendly service. Burgers are solid, chicken was cooked to perfection, could have been seasoned. Sweet potoato fries were cooked to perfection but could have been seasoned. Didn't make my top 5 burgers, would I go back again? Yes as I want to try another burger. See less

Fat Jaks, located in Clayton (M-City), St Kilda and Altona North, are a fun and friendly burger bar with delicious American Style comfort food. Their menu includes gourmet burgers, dawgs, loaded fries, parmas, a dedicated vegan menu, and has a great selection of tasty sides too. They're a perfect stop for a quick meal on the go (to Kmart possibly?) I heard the Mac & Cheese Bites were the thing to try and we weren't disappointed at all. My son had been asking for Mac & Cheese Balls for a while now, and Fat Jaks was exactly the spot! They were huge sized wedges and come with a hot dipping sauce (that we omitted, because, kids). I felt like a grilled chicken burger, because who doesn't love #grilledchickenfriday? I ordered the Simply the Breast (Grilled Chicken, Avocado, Diced Onion, Tomato, American Cheese and FJ Sauce). I'll have to try their fried chicken next time. I also ordered the kid's meal (The Wee Man), which was a simple (but delicious) beef cheesey burger. Both burgers were great! Even after all these years, I still enjoy a good burger, and FJ's delivers on that! See less

Ordered the spicy mother clucker and truffle cheese fries was a decent meal but nothing special in terms of the burger or fries. Was expecting the burger to be more spicy however wasn't and couldn't really taste the truffle in the fries which made the fries bland. Had some do the frozen yoghurt at the end which was definitely a let down as it tasted nothing like frozen yoghurt and was overly sweet. Would definitely not have that again. The meal was good but nothing special and because of that would probably try some other burger joints before coming here again. See less

We absolutely loved this restaurant with its American style menu Americana vibes with an Australian twist! The menu was impressive, with a wide range of sides, loaded hotdog flavours, an amazing range of burgers to suit all tastebuds and lifestyles and yes there's even parmas that loaded with a variety of tasty flavours! We loved the unlimited refills on soda and the self-serve dessert bar where with a good range of toppings available! Salted Caramel is a fave! Customer service is friendly and service is efficient! We were kindly invited to Fat Jak’s for a meal. We dropped by on a Sunday evening to the M City location. It’s very new, beautiful and clean on the inside. The staff were very friendly. The food was served quickly after ordering. We ordered the Jak Jr burger, the Lord of the rings onion rings, the Straya parma with fries, chicken wings with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing and gravy on the side. The food was presented well and looked delicious! We couldn’t wait to dig in. The burger patty was juicy and cooked slightly pink in the middle which we liked. The flavours were well-balanced with the sourness from the pickles and the saltiness from the bacon. The parma stole my heart - It was huge, so tender, was covered in cheese and bacon and it had an egg on top! They have 11 different parmas on the menu and I will be sure to be working through it! They all come with fries that are seasoned with something addictive - I could not stop eating them! The onion rings were crunchy, naturally sweet and also seasoned well - I loved that the batter on the onion rings was thin. The chicken wings with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing took me right back to America! I could imagine myself eating a bucket of them whilst watching TV. They were spicy, sour and moreish and went well with the creamy cooling blue cheese dressing. Wish we could have ice cream with their various cool toppings at the end but we were so stuffed. great decor and good lookin branded burgers! they have so much variety on their menu with a whole set of beef, chicken and vegan burgers! then theres all the sides and massive parmas! once you are done there is a dessert bar too! perfect for a fun night out with mates or even the fam! they serve up a diff burger of the month, keeping the menu fresh and exciting for each dine in - theres something for everyone!
