The food and cake variety are good.. The coffe can be better if the milk is hotter.. I avoid getting Lattes because they make them almost room temperature. See less

Asked for two chocolate eclairs and a few other items. Received a call saying they had only one chocolate eclair and the other on could be substituted by a raspberry one. I didn't want raspberry and requested a chocolate sumtin'. But they didn't have anything of the kind (allegedly). Said they'd take the money off on their end ( i.e charge only for one eclair) but on Uber eats delivery , that hadn't happened either. A bit slack really , it's hard to imagine there were no other chocolate substitutes in a bakery 😆 it's only a few dollars but there is my review. See less

I was very disappointed in the customer service at this store. I ordered a Turkish Delight Cake for my husbands 60th birthday. Once the Happy Birthday had been sung and we started on the cake we realised we had received the wrong cake. We had a chocolate Delight cake. I took the remainder of the cake to the store (after not being able to get through on the phone for some time) and was told basically bad luck you have started eating the cake - we can't do anything. REALLY? NOTHING? Not even an offer of putting turkish delight on the cake I had, or providing a replacement- NOTHING. Very poor customer service - I wont be going back! To respond to the owner: Upon checking we found 1. In our record you ordered Chocolate Delight cake(not Turkish Delight) - YOUR team member did make a mistake - I was always talking about the Turkish delight cake - she wrote it down incorrectly! 2. Your receipt is for chocolate Delight cake - yes I should have checked - unfortunately I assumed that it was correct 3. When you came to pick up the cake we mentioned and showed your chocolate delight cake as per your order as a courtesy. At this time you had the opportunity to mention that you had ordered or wanted a Turkish Delight but you never did. (If you had mentioned that you did not want this cake we would have offered you some other cake. - a quick glance at the top - both cakes look very close and when I opened at home I thought the inside must be Turkish Delight with rosewater in the middle. Further, you took the cake home and then came back with the half cake. Unfortunately, we cannot take back half cake or as you requested put Turkish delight chocolate on the cake. - How else would I have known I had the wrong cake? Why not provide some Turkish Delight? We don't see 1-star as a fair review but you have the power to vent your frustration online and sadly cause damage to someone small business despite no fault. I certainly do think 1 star is appropriate - would I have bothered to come back if I had received the cake I had ordered? NO! You make me sound like a liar! Boohoo - as a small business maybe an small gesture would have prevented me from writing a review. Something you should take on board - you are not infalliable as a small business! Delicious pastries, the plant based ones are the bomb. Yummy cakes. Cant go wrong here. We purchased a custom made cake and it was perfect. I do wish the coffee had more flavour and body, bit milky for my liking. So we go for food and cakes only. See less

As soon as you open you should have the full menu on offer. Whether it’s 7am or 9am open time hot food should be available. It’s never ready at open time at all quite often I leave empty handed. I return as the staff are nice and food is good but the above needs to be sorted. See less

First time visit on a Saturday lunchtime and the Donuts were $2ea. And nice they are with great selection too. Jam donut is the go too but awesome variety to be had and enjoy. The PIES are the best light and fluffy pastry I've ever had in a pie. Nice and tray and ready to eat with not being too hot that it burns your mouth. I grabbed the Lamb and Rosemary Pie and the Steak, Bacon and Cheese pie and both were nice and ready yet enjoyable to eat with zero complaints. Lovely coffee in relaxed surroundings. Outstanding cake selection and hot pastry items for a quick lunch stop. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The service quick. There's not much to complain about here save perhaps for the pricing of some of the more exotic cakes for special occasions. See less

New management, friendly staff, new donuts launched from 14-03-2019, new seating and store refurbished, great place to be for coffee, pies and they have amazing celebration cakes and lots of catering options available too. Definitely worth a visit. See less

Friendly enough to customers but limited range so alot of lines sell out quickly. Prefer to drive further (next store 10-12km away) to be sure they will have something I want. Have been in 3 times in last week at different times of the day and each time they haven't had much left. Bonus is I have found other stores near where I was going anyway which still had pies and treats to buy. Never have donuts, despite advertising they are in every store, so don't bother. Great cakes when they have them which is why I gave a 3 instead of 1. See less
