Nice food but if something is missing from an order, it’s hard to resolve.
Home delivery Ordered 2 meals and my meal was missing the chips.
I rang straight away about 3 times but no answer. I emailed and I fb messaged to which I could see someone had read it.
After 2 hours of nothing I decided to try and ring again. Finally got through and they said because the order was a while ago I can go in to get a voucher to eat there.
Honestly not my fault it had been a while as I tired to resolve it as soon as the order had arrived. I honestly hate eating there, don’t like the experience as you have to order in your phone, they don’t take cash even though it’s a legal tender and I find it very impersonal. They then told me to get a refund through uber.
I hope this gets resolved as I’m still hungry.
