So overpriced. We got two tiny, very flat pancakes, one egg, a tablespoon of avo, half of a cherry tomato and some cream cheese for $18. Also forgot to add other ingredients listed on the menu. Half of the plate was empty. Disappointing, we had heard great things! Left feeling quite hungry. See less

This is a beautiful, family-run cafe with a great range of delicious food on the menu. Also a huge selection of store-made, pre-packaged work lunches that are easy to grab when you're getting your morning coffee. The staff are amazingly friendly and they cultivate a busy atmosphere without any pretentiousness. See less

Stopped by for a post lickdown breaking and we're very impressed. Staff were friendly and service very efficient. A very good menu with lots of options, and they all looked pretty good! We certainly enjoyed our meals and will be back. See less

Such a great menu. The tout and the shrimp amazing and the team that run service are fantastic. The fit out could be a bit more comfortable and they might struggle with capacity as they grow. Coffee and food however is far and away the best in the area. See less

Fika is a fun little place for great coffee and a range of food options. We tend to go for breakfast, which is consistently good. My only issue is with the size of the meals, they are too big, even when you share. We have good appetites but my poached eggs and mushrooms had about half a kg of mushrooms...too much! We're down to sharing eggs and a single side, which limits you when you want to try a couple of different dishes. A minor gripe though, so go try it! See less

Had the smoked snowy river trout for breakfast and it’s without a doubt my new favourite.. I could eat this every day for the rest of my life. The coffee and real chai is also to die for. Thanks fika! See less

Stopped here yesterday for coffee and a pastry. What a gem of a place. Great coffee, food, and friendly, thoughtful service. Love the Scandi vibe in such an unexpected place. Next time I'll try the Scandinavian breakfast - it looked amazing (they also do Aussie favourites as well as take-home meals). Look forward to returning soon! See less

Great little cafe in the car sales and industrial area on Botany St. An easy walk from any of the big dealers and a great escape to think over that wonderful offer from a slick sales consultant. Coffee was great and the pastrami sandwich I had was as good as any trendy inner city joint. Staff were charming. See less
